凱藝套房酒店(Quality Inn & Suites)

En general estuvo bien. Solo tienen waffles y tostadas como desayuno y el horario te hace madrugar en vacacion 6am-8:30am. Las damas que nos atendieron eran muy amables except el sujeto que trabajo el domingo.

Chambre propre, mais ne ressemble en rien aux photos sur expédia. Air climatisée fonctionnelle mais bruyante. Salle du déjeuner qui manque un peu d’entretien. Déjeuner continental avec très peu de choix. Tout de même un rapport qualité/prix ok vu le prix payé pour la nuit.

J’ai choisit cet hôtel surtout pour la piscine et le sauna afin de me détendre après avoir gravi le Mont Washington. C’était non disponible apparemment pour des problèmes électriques. J’étais très déçu alors vérifiez avec l’hôtel avant de réserver.

Breakfast included is a perk and the choices were adequate. Staff were friendly, helpful, and professional. Rooms were clean and large.

Nothing that was particularly likeable. I waited for 10 minutes for someone to come to the front desk,; a line of 5 people wanting to check-in had formed in the meantime. I asked about where to park and was given a terse, unhelpful "Yeah, outside by the building." The room itself was sort of okay but the bedclothes had various stains. Breakfast had absolutely no accommodation for a vegan consumer. There was no coffee in the coffee maker and no one around who seemed to care. The owner/manager was in pajamas having breakfast. The food area was tiny, cramped and uncomfortable. The microwave was out of order. Need I go on...?

Room was not ready at check in, had to wait an hour. Pool & hot tub was out of service. Room was close to the road. Traffic was loud early morning and late night. Staff doing the best they can will little help.

We arrived around 8:00pm. found out they have 2 rooms with the same number. That makes it confusing. The television didn't work and maintenance wasn't around to take care of the problem.

Bathrooms need major updating. Very limited on breakfast foods and time availability. For what is charged for rooms, it’s pathetic. Vending machines empty and soda machine took our money. Staff was very nice. Would not stay again.
