大湖山林大道旅館(Timberline Inn of Grand Lake)

Todo estuvo perfecto. cuartos amplios. agua caliente en el baño calefacción buena.un poco olor a cigarro..eso fue lo único que me molestó.pero bueno trate de que no se me arruinaran mis vacaciones por ese inconveniente y disfrute cada día que estuve en gran lake

The room we stayed in seemed to just be “put back together” the bed sheets were dirty and clearly slept in. Crumbs on the floor. The only thing they did was make the bed and put new towels up.

I booked a night but the room has not been cleaned when I arrived (bed is unmade, dirty towels in the bathroom, trash all over the room). The owner was apologetic but refused to do anything to fix it. I had to pay a lot more money to book a different hotel the day of. There is also basically no reception in the area which made it extra difficult to book.

Close to Grand Lake. Poor interior lightning. No info about the place, including town. No contact with staff except texting. For a several day stay needed a way to remove trash from room. Dirt driveway. Then again it was cheap!

This was a very convenient and reasonably priced place to spend the night on our whirlwind western tour. It is obviously an old roadside motel from the 1960's, however, it has been updated inside and was very clean. Being able to back the car right up to the door is something I appreciate on trips like this where I am "living out of the car." Microwave and fridge are provided, but no breakfast or other amenities. I would definitely stay here again.

Very nice location at a very affordable price. Great amenities of Kitchen utensils, plates & silverware with Fridge & MW. Very comfortable bed. Within a few miles of Grand Lake entrance to the National Park. Ms. Kelly was very helpful. I will stay here again on my next visit.

This is my second time staying at Timberline. Both times everything was very pleasant. I would recommend the motel to anyone looking for an inexpensive stay at Grand Lake.

Good for the price. Didn't book with exaggerated expectations, so we were pleased with the stay. Not for those who want and expect full service lodging.

I like that it was located so close to the RMNP and Grand Lake. However, the establishment is worn down, dated and in need of some love by the owner as well as some rigid training of housekeeping and personnel. Housekeeping lacked quite a bit to be desired, likely this review will illicit a canned and terse response as shown in other review responses. I found shelves and counter tops to be covered in debris, table top and bedside tables were sticky and had sticky spills left on them, coffee pot was still dirty and had dried coffee in the glass carafe, dishes were dirty and sticky in side of a cabinet that had dead bugs, dirt and debris in it. Floors under the beds had not been swept or mopped except for the very edges of the beds. Sheets had some debris on them when we pulled back the covers, room smelled of smoke, saw a person assumed to be housekeeping coming out of a room with a cigarette in his mouth with a dog in tow. Personnel began working on our room door just after we began unloading and settling in, all such activity should be completed prior to guest arrival. An out let quit working during our stay, outlets are out dated and not to building codes i.e. no GFI's on outlets that are within 8 feet of water sources. If you have serious OCD's, work in or have worked in the building inspection, health depar**ent or hospitality industries this place may be too uncomfortable for you.
