The hotel was not a good value for money: Mediocre hotel, good location, but definitely way overpriced for the standard: Shower applications were broken off and never replaced, sub-standard hair dryer, rooms were ok but not luxurious, sun beds at the beach were very uncomfortable after laying on them for more than 30 minutes. You can tell that the hotel is already older and many things have not been updated (e.g. elevator mirrors). Despite paying ＞$1k/night, not even a room with ocean view or breakfast included. Service staff however was great, same as food at the restaurants. Yet, everything at the beach was served in plastic, which is understandable for the cups, but there are more eco-friendly alternatives for cutlery and plates

The Westin Grand Cayman is an amazing property! It's beautiful, well cared for, and convenient. The ocean is only a few steps from the lobby. The people are the best. The staff in/around the pool and beach were attentive and engaged - and, frankly, fun. In particular, be on the lookout for Reverend, Shaun, Shawn, Melissa, Leonard, and Isaura. They added so much to our trip. They made recommendations, gave us guidance, laughed at our (my) stupid jokes, and made us laugh. We'll be back!

We were very pleased with the experience overall. Fabulous beach, very friendly and helpful staff, good location, and solid dining options on site (nicely supplemented by cafes right across the street). Having the Red Sail operation so close was a boon.

Nice hotel, great location right on seven mile beach. oceanview rooms have a balcony you can sit on. the beach is great, clean and they have watersports motorized and non. The staff we encountered were very friendly and attentive. overall the hotel was the perfect place to stay. It was a little busy during Thanksgiving week since the NCAA tournament was in town and the hotel was crawling with players, family and fans. The hotel managed to still keep up a calm and relaxing atmosphere. The in-hotel dining is very expensive, pretty much like most resort hotels. Theres a fantastic steakhouse down the road Falls Steakhouse (10 min walk) and some other eats in that shopping center, KFC and a smokehouse, bar etc. the only bummer was the open market in Georgetown never came back after covid. We would definitely come back and stay here again.

Was disappointed with how many kids were left to run wild in the pool area no rules were enforced at all footballs and every other ball you can think of were being thrown and hitting every person in pool and bar area.

The Westin is nestled between the Ritz and Kimpton and therefore convenient for food options. The beach location is beautiful and kid friendly. We enjoyed our family vacation. We rated this hotel a 4 star because of several factors: - the jacuzzis were cold and extremely dirty - the pool is small and very cold - the line to the cafe is always over 30 minutes long. They need to have two cashiers or have juices and pastries for sale at the store across the cafe. - the food was ok and expensive.

I enjoyed my stay at the hotel and the dining options on property. The beach was beautiful and the location of the spa was very convenient. The only complaint I had was the start of crowing roosters at 5 am and their incessant noise till 6:30 am. While I recognize this is not a hotel Specific issue, it does behoove improved construction and replacement of windows to 2 layer glass or something more quieting. This hotel is in a great location. There are several great restaurants across the street. I would avoid eating at the hotel. It is expensive. The shopping at the hotel is very reasonably priced and they have a great coffee shop. Everything was clean and everyone was very nice.
