Everything was amazing except the housekeeper started knocking on our door at 930am to see if we where gone then again at 10 then 1015 check out is 11 stop bothering us

I was pretty upset that there was no water at the hotel between 9 PM and 6 AM. The hotel offered to have us call and cancel our reservation with no fee, but trying to buckle. Last-minute hotel did not seem optimal.

Great amenities! Even with lots of guests in the hotel the breakfast was well stocked & staff was friendly.

Joan, the reception clerk was wonderful. Very helpful and personable. She is a great asset to your hotel.

Our stay was great! Everything was clean & comfy, staff was very welcoming and helpful.

We've stayed at this property multiple times. We love it. The only down side this time was our shower wasnt draining properly. The water just sat in the bottom up the tub.

Nice pool area, nice rooms and few free pub drinks were a nice surprise

Not a good option for Packer games. Traffic is just too slow. takes more than an hour to get here from Packer Land.

The check-in process was horrible. There were two gentlemen at the counter; one of the employees was training the other. The trainee attempted to check me in and was unsuccessful, the trainer Christopher said he would have to do it because the trainee had training wheels (unsure what that meant). Christopher told me he was unable to check me in because the card from the third party was denied (I booked via **********). When I asked ok can you cancel that reservation, I'll use my card to check-in. He rudely told me that it is a minimum 3-day stay and $300 a night. He said you will have to call and figure it out. I called ********** and got someone on the line, the representative asked to speak to the hotel staff to walk him through how to check me in. Christopher took my phone and spoke with the representative, he seemed annoyed. As he was speaking to the representative on the phone the desk phone rang, and he picked up the phone and told the representative they would have to hold. I stood there patiently as he spoke to another individual to assist them while the representative was placed on hold. At this point, it has been well over 30 minutes to get a room. Finally, he said, " Well, I had to do it this way, so I don't know but got your room. The room was tiny, the door was banged up a little. It would not be ideal if you stayed for more than one night. Breakfast was simple, the kitchen staff seemed annoyed with the guest. Would recommend a different hotel.

I wanted to give this hotel 5 stars, because it's in a good location for what we needed. The bar gives you 2 free drinks each night and everyone was really nice But I have a huge thing about cleanliness and for that reason I have to give it a lower rating. When I got into the room, there was garbage and food shoved under the ac unit, and beads and other random debris that was pushed into corners. The sink also drained super slow and needed some drain cleaner. Additionally, the pool area is in need of repair. There are many tiles that are broken or missing. There were quite a few bugs in the water both of the times I went there and it felt like there was sand in some places of the hot tub. All of these issues would get the hotel about a 3- star cleanliness rating, but I have to give 1-star because when we were packing up to leave, I pulled up the blanket that I had slept under for three nights and there was somebody else's dried blood on it. The spot was on the foot of the blanket and underneath like it was being hidden. The blanket didn't look like it had even been washed, just flipped over There were also spots that looked like blood on the bathroom wall. I would upload photos, but the app isnt allowing it at the moment. But the beds are really comfortable and it was overall a pretty nice place. I would stay here again, but I'll be checking the beds much more thoroughly in the future.

Easy on and off of the highway, good area, safe place.
