The staff was very nice. When I first got there my room was not ready but the front desk worker got my room ready for me and I really appreciate that because of the hotel being full. The staff was amazing and I will return for another stay in the future

Nice, new property. Conveniently located to the airport and restaurants. Recommend it highly.

Pool unavailable and poor follow up. The stay was good. However, we had switched to this hotel so my wife (recovering from surgery) could use the great pool at the hotel. Then we found out before arriving on Saturday that the pool would be closed until Monday... Then after we arrived, we found the pool was going to be close through Wednesday, the last day of our stay... So, this was very disappointing and fustrating. Also, on the phone before our trip, we were told the hotel would look into securing day passes to the YMCA for her, but they never called back or mentioned it when we checked in.. We just gave up.

We booked a room for a 1 night stay. The hotel is 3 minutes from the Appleton International Airport. I thought it might be noisy in being that close to the airport but it wasn't. The room was very nice and was clean and roomy. The staff were helpful and friendly. The breakfast is so so. It's not a big buffet but there is fresh coffee and the regular hotel buffet food items. I would stay here again if neede.

The manager and staff were available, courtesy and had great attitudes. We have stayed there numerous times. He is a great place for families. But is has many aspects for single life people. Betty

Great location near airport, facility is nicely laid out and easy to get in and out of and is just a comfortable place to stay - thanks.
