The breakfast was very good and was ready earlier than we thought it would be, which helped us get on the road on time. Nice employees.

The hotel itself was fine, I suppose. The fellow working check in was honestly kind of miserable, but whatever. Room was fine, clean, no issues there. I would advise against the first floor as a room option as it was constant noise. Kids running up and down the halls loudly for an extended period of time. We were also woken up at 1:30 am from a loud rowdy group which wasn’t great. The spa wasn’t in service which wasn’t previously mentioned until we went to go use it, which again was annoying and should have been noted. The hotel itself is close to the main drag of the shops which is convenient, but honestly not enough to make me want to stay here again. The lady who checked us out was pleasant though and even smiled, so at least we had that…

Clean and well maintained hotel. Rooms were comfortable and clean, and the decor/appearance was simple but appealing. Close location to shopping and restaurants. Wide variety of food for breakfast. Liked the large drinking water dispenser in the lobby.

Rooms are large and bathrooms have plenty of countertop space. Fresh cookies in the evening were delicious. Breakfast had a huge assortment with both hot and cold items. Loved the pancake machine. Super simple and made perfect pancakes.

We were looking so forward to coming back to hotel and relaxing in the hot tub . When we got down there the hot tub was closed for repair . Very disappointing !

Great place. Very friendly staff. Not much in the area other than Alerus centre….

The front doors made it difficult to get a cart through them and there is only one elevator.

The manager that checked us in and out was very friendly and even pushed our check out time to early afternoon in case we couldn’t get out of town due to roads.
