Lindas facilidades, buen servicio al llegar, facilidades muy limpia, todo muy bien

They had no one in front of desk no breakfast no pots pans dishes in room no one could come change my bed they said they don’t do that only if I stayed 11 days would not stay there ever and I need my money back customer service horrible

It is VERY clean and nice, safe, great price. Not many amenities, (like no breakfast, no cups in the room, only coffee in the lobby in the morning [with cups, only morning]). But exceptionally clean and nice. Like their motto, "Simple Done Better". And, no staff available during the night if you get locked out. It is a nice, clean, safe, quiet "extended stay" for a great price (at least a great price when I stayed).

Place is spotless and workers are super accommodating. Booked my stay with over lapping days . Office lady helped me get it straightened out with ******* , got my refund fast

This place is spotless , they even wash the bedspreads every time . I have stayed in a lot of high priced places , this place is cheep and spotless . I will keep staying here every time I need a place for a few nights ! Office lady is awesome !!!

Staying here was a bit like flying Jet Blue or Frontier...it's fine, but it's completely no frills, so you get what you pay for. Very weird that there was a full kitchen but not a single bit of silverware/cups/bowls/plates in sight. I had to request a to go cup to make a cup of instant coffee in the microwave. (No hair dryer either.) I wasn't given directions for the Wifi when I checked in and never was able to figure the free version out... Very thin walls

Water on the bathroom floor from cleaning before staying over all excelente

We had to wait for the front desk person to show up because they close at 7pm

I did not like the fact that if you are not checked in by 10:00 the check-in area is closed.
