They were closed when we got there, fully paid for the booking and everything but the front doors were locked. ****ty hotel.

Parkshore has very nice rooms, beds are a bit harder than I like. However the convenience too of having a bar/restaurant down stairs is wonderful. Staff in hotel and restaurant are great. We ended up in a room where TV did not work and they conveniently moved us to a new room, of course this time of year Parkshore was not super busy.

Staff was nice but property needs updates. Phone in room didn't work and alarm clock was broken. Otherwise, it was fine.

We stayed two nights. First night was fine except for road noise. Description says the hotel has been remodeled but the ceiling in the shower was peeling, looked gross and didn't seem remodeled to me. It should be repaired. Day two we had an event to attend, left early and didn't return until evening. Our room was right at the top of the stairs. Went up, opened the door and immediately saw that our room was open, by way of the security latch being in front of the door. I immediately went back in my mind to when we left in the morning but we did not put the latch out. Frantically checked the entire room for anything that was missing or out of place. Then discovered fresh towels in the bathroom. Housekeeping left the door open!! I've NEVER had that happen before. Went down to notify the front desk and had to wait a minute for them to return from a break outside. I was pretty shaken by then, explained what we discovered and it was almost like she knew before I finished explaining. She was apologetic and said she would handle it and that was it. I went back to the room and what if'd about what could have happened and wondered all night if anyone random had been in our room. Couldn't wait to leave the next morning. I'll take this one off my list for our next trip.

Very clean rooms, excellent menu choices from a restaurant on site, clean pool. Lights could be brighter in the pool area.

Love staying at Park shore. Great service, clean rooms and excellent service in lounge. Bartender, Will is amazing.

Our stay was great! We enjoyed the jet tub and comfortable bed. The balcony view would have been amazing if the weather wasn’t overcast. There was only a couple quirks to the room. The toilet didn’t want to flush properly and nearly flowed over twice. It finally flushed down but made me nervous for a minute. The other thing was the coat hanger in the hallway on the wall fell off because it wasn’t secured properly. We hung it back up, but it could use a screw or two to fasten it a little better to the wall. Overall, it was a great experience for my wife and I on our 1 year anniversary! Thanks again for the champagne and chocolates with the anniversary note! That was the perfect touch.
