Staff was sooo nice, the hotel was very nice and very clean as well S affordable. Highly recommend!!

Hotel was very clean. The one bed wasn’t very comfortable at all. We could not find the perfect temperature for the room. It was either too hot or cold. Overall, for a weekend trip to TC, it was good and the price was excellent!

The best part of my stay was the very friendly and helpful staff - even when I arrived late in the evening and had to leave at 4 am to catch a flight. The staff were helpful (returning something I left at the desk to my room) and always had hot coffee made! I would stay again - super convenient to airport

We booked a room with a jetted tub, fireplace and king bed. Because we read conflicting reviews, we asked to see the room before confirming check in. We were shown two rooms. (I believe the room numbers were 304 and 325) Each looked fine but room 304 was a little better and we selected that one. The room was clean and everything was in good order. We had no complaints on the room at all. Nothing was dirty and there weren't any odors. It was very quiet during our stay. The lobby of the hotel is rather lack luster, but overall, no complaints. The rate for the room we had was very reasonably priced, especially when compared to other hotels in the area. The room looked exactly as pictured on the website. The desk attendant was nice enough and accommodating but she was coughing a lot and said she had been sick, as the rest of the staff had also been apparently. I feel that the staff should have been wearing masks if that was the case. I do now have a cold but I cannot say for certain that I caught it from there. We were in the area wine tasting and also visited a few restaurants. Since we had one of the hotels better rooms, I cannot say that all of the rooms would be as good but we would not hesitate to stay there again in that particular room.

I was happy with all aspects of the hotel other than the breakfast selection. The selection was lacking the options that other hotels are currently offering. I think using Covid-19 as a reason for the downgraded options is a bit out of date now. Some hot options would be appreciated.

I was notified of limited breakfast the day before my check in. That should be stated in the property description before you book a room. Staff was very polite and courteous.

Thought it would be a better experience. There was mold in the bathroom that was painted over. The bathtub and shower were clearly painted and it was chipping off into the tub. Nothing about the room was positioned in proper spots. The back door that leads to the parking area doesnt shut or latch so anyone would be able to just walk right in. You can hear everything. Not soundproof at all. The curtains dont block out light coming from surrounding buildings. The airconditioners sound like theyre about to take flight, very noisy. There was no blanket cover, just a duvet with a sheet over it.

The staff was very friendly and helpful. Breakfast area was all in the same building. Other flavors of coffee creamer was enjoyable and bottled water was available. The almond milk was highly appreciated. It would have been nice to have hard boiled eggs for people with diabetes. All in all a great visit
