特拉弗斯城大狼山林小屋(Great Wolf Lodge Traverse City)

Weather was not amazing, but you didn't have to leave the building for anything. Everyone was friendly willing to help. Clean clean clean! Grand kids love the water park. Magic quest is in need of some serious updating. Took two days to get the wand to work to complete the quest. As much as folks like to play this game and sink a ton of money to play it, it seems like the company can invest in new technology.

Fun place to break up the Traverse City experience and give the kids a fun place to play after being out and about all afternoon.

Checking in the associate wasn’t friendly. Tried to talk me into those passes. When I asked if I can add them on at a later time she looked at me and was silent. I had to repeat myself and then she said yes. When leaving, maid knocked on my door at about 9:40 and woke my kids up after knocking twice. If checkout is at 11am why did she knock on my door at 9:40? When I went to the door and explained we would be checking out bu 11am she rolled her eyes at me and said ok. Being treated poorly by staff leaves a bad taste in my mouth when considering returning.

We had a great time with our 2 kids. They loved the water park and really enjoyed the lodge overall!

My family and I stayed for two days. The hotel is dated, and we were not told upon check in that the cleaning service would not touch our room unless we requested. So we had no coffee or restocked towels. The Dunkin Donuts coffee shop inside is open whenever they have staff, and most days it closes at 1pm or sooner. The restuarnent had limited selection, and waitstaff was slow to take, bring orders even though the place wasn't crowded. We also ordered coffees with our dinner, which were never brought. We asked to have them taken off our bill and the waitress seemed annoyed with request. She never came to check on us once food was served, or to refill our waters. Food inside the water park was decent, but horribly overpriced as is everything else there. Arcade was good, all our games worked. Water park was okay; lots of unruly teens goofing off in lazy river and lifeguards do nothing. Three slides with super long lines. Bathrooms in the waterpark were gross. There is no pool that is deeper for adults. My kids were bored by second day. They are a cashless resort which is annoying. I was charged double for everything, and have been attempting to get the extra funds back. Its been a nightmare. And according to trip Advisor and Yelp, the constant over and double charging is a constant thing with a lot of people. We will not be going back and we've been going yearly since they opened.

Everything was perfect. Lots for the kids to do. Everything you need available on site. Staff was one of the friendliest I've seen in a while. My only two complaints are 1. Everything closes a bit too early for my family. Waterpark closes at 8, Everything else closes at 10. I get staffing is probably the reason but I wish one food place was open later. Having a high maintenance toddler it is hard for us to not have food options available when we need them. 2. I'm not sure if this issue was with Great Wolf or *******.com. I booked my stay through ******* and was a bit nervous when I showed up and they couldn't find my paid for reservation. Eventually the girl at the desk said she assumes they got my name wrong somehow. I had proof of my reservation in my email but after driving a long distance its scary to hear them not be able to find your reservation.

We were amazed at how clean everything was, especially the water park. All the staff were friendly and helpful. We had a great time!

The staff were all super nice. The only down side is how expensive the shops and other attractions are.

I was thoroughly disappointed. We were not able to enjoy facilities since restaurant & everything had a wait. Had to leave at 11. The food was set to children without vegetables available.
