Words can not express how happy we were with this stay! First and foremost, the lady who checked us in was THE friendliest face ever, and she was incredibly kind, happy, and made us feel right at home. She was there at 8pm one night and was there greeting us with an infectious smile at 730am for breakfast the next day. Seriously, I never caught her name but she had black hair with a gray streak in it and she was INCREDIBLE! The hotel was insanely clean. The rooms were super spacious with a couch, table, and a huge bathroom! Incredibly clean, comfortable beds, they it was one of the nicest we've ever experienced. The breakfast was great. The coffee was great. The dining area was super clean and spacious. Top top notch! The pool was pretty small and almost hot tub level of heat but maaaaaan did it feel good against a cold January outside! Seriously we will stay here every time we come to G R!

Joseph at reception was very helpful, we checked in really late. Safe, clean and quiet!

Very nice lobby, clean and loved the furnishings. The fire table social area was inviting and well lit. Room was spectacular and the staff were great.

Our stay was just a quick overnight stay so we were not in the room much, but the hotel is lovely, clean, & very comfortable! We would definitely stay here again.

A bit disappointed to not have any room cleaning any of the days we were there

This is our go-to place to stay when my wife and I are in the Grand Rapids area. Always enjoy our stay especially with our 1 1/2 year old Shih Tzu. Only issue this time was our room was on the 2nd floor directly above the fire pit and both Friday night and Saturday night there were very loud groups of people partied until 4:00a and 2:00a, respectively.

The rooms were perfect! Staff was excellant. Breakfast was pretty great but would love a little more of a variety. All around love it!

I felt that the Front desk staff wasnt very friendly at check in and we didn't get out sheets or bed made while we stayed there and no new towels.

No one cleaned the room after our first night. The garbage was overflowing in our room and no one collected it.
