Reserved two queen beds. Did digital check in as an honors member. Chose my room- with 2 Q beds. Halfway out there, got a notice from the app that I couldn’t digitally check in. Went in after our games, checked in. Went to the room and it’s now a different room on a different floor and a king bed. I’m traveling with someone I don’t mind sharing a room with, but don’t want to share a bed with. Chose this particular hotel even though it was more expensive because I could get 2 q beds. I call the front desk. Basically they shrug their shoulders and tell me that the manager changed it and that’s just how it is. I ask for her to call me. She never does. I’m charged the price for 2 Q beds which is MORE than a king. I reach back out electronically after my stay. She emails me and says “sorry for your inconvenience. Here’s some points”. That’s all you have for me? Oh- and my room wasn’t really “clean” because someone else’s food is in the dirty mini fridge…. And I’m not sure that they actually changed the sheets in that bed. Never. Never. Never Again will I stay there- or any other Hilton brand. Ick.
