Propreté acceptable, lit confortable, très proche de l'aéroport avec service de navette. Pas de restaurant. Bon service.

Bed bugs! Slept for about 2 hours and woke up due to a couple of itch spot on my arms. Finally realized I was bitten by some sort of bug. I didn’t see it, but reddish bump and the fact I was bitten in my sleep suggest bed bug. Called front desk and switched to another room. This time no more surprise. But due to all the process and “excitement”, I probably only slept for 3-4 hours. I also had to deal with all my cloth and luggage. Too much trouble.

The check in staff were wonderful in that they found spots for both my daughter and us to stay side by side and near the elevator. Walking was difficult for my husband so that was nice. We also were somewhat secluded so the family could go back and forth easily without disturbing anyone else. The only issue we found was that no one came into either room for housekeeping. It just seemed strange that they didn't come and collect dirty towels nor replace them with cleaan ones. The front desk was happy to give us clean towels. The couches in both rooms were old, uncomfortable, and badly soiled with what looked like dried vomit. We turned the cushions over but it didn't help with comfort. The beds were ok but not great. They had a shuttle from the airport but going back was not convenient as they didn't start until 7am and we needed to leave at 5:30am. Thank goodness my daughter drove so she took us otherwise we would of had to take a taxi. Breakfast was normal for most average hotels. They offered eggs, sausage, waffles, fruit, cereal hot and cold, pastries, and juice and milk. The lobby was very clean and inviting. The pool was sort of warm. All in all, we were comfortable and most of all, enjoyed being there with family.

We waited over a half hour for the shuttle to pick us up at the airport. Arrived to find out the shuttle doesn’t run until 7am so we’ll have to pay for a taxi to pick us up at 5am. I chose this hotel for the shuttle. So frustrated. I also had to tell the front desk I had 2 rooms. They were just going to give me one. Just seemed poorly organized and wish it had been obvious when I was looking for a hotel that this one would not have a shuttle at the time I needed

The pool was mostly unavailable for most of our stay because of temp issues. As instructed by the sign at the desk, we requested for our bed to be made in advance and they say they will try but never did. They said Thanksgiving will be short staff but for sure they’ll clean our room Friday morning, that didn’t happen either. Bed sheets , pillowcases and blanket smelled like they haven’t been washed. Silverware’s are dirty and no decent kitchen utensils or knives being it a full kitchen.

Bed was awful. Young lady at checking was super sweet. Hotel is being renovated so I’m sure it will be much better afterwards

The front desk reception experience was horrifying. It was as if i was given the room for free and the person was doing a favor talking to me.
