This is not tue first time we have stayed here. The staff is always welcoming and kind. They make sure you have you have what we need. The rooms are large with plenty of room and always clean. The breakfast staff are great and the breakfast buffet is hot, fresh and delicious. I especially enjoy the cooked to order omelettes and fresh fruit. It’s our go to stay when we are in the area.

Hands down the most comfortable hotel bed I've ever slept in. Jamie at the front desk is awesome. For a chain hotel this one is pretty awesome; I wish their rates were better. Only issue I had was with their housekeeping violently slamming the door next to me over and over again while cleaning the room, which took more than 4 hours of nonstop slamming. It felt like she was doing it on purpose, kind of passive aggressive. Otherwise this is a great property. Just please tell your housekeepers to take a chill pill!

This is Embassy - one of the greatest names for business ( or family) traveler. Close to the airport, good facilities, professional and friendly staff .

Variety of breakfast is better than surrounding hotels. Need to request late night shuttle service because it ends at 22:30, though DFW works very late in its flight schedule. My kid, by the way, enjoyed the stay, but he left his toy mascot formed otter. If someone at the hotel catch it me it is very much appreciated. (It isn't a fault of the hotel.)

Due to my airline being unable to get me to Gravevine,TX, I am unable to rate this hotel. I am pleased that they are able to provide me with a full refund since I was unable to get there. Thank you for your superb customer service !

There was a lot of trouble with the room. I already called and spoken to the management stains on beds. Wall fixtures and filters are dirty. Couldn’t get clean towels hot water didn’t work for over eight hours. Just was not happy at all.
