Забытые продукты в холодильнике при выселении пропали через 10 мин. Мы позвонили в отель и сообщили что забыли деликатесы в холодильнике, ответ ресепшен без проблем все найдем и заберете на обратном пути. Потом оказалось что они не хранят продукты. Можно было сообщить мы бы вернулись так как отъехали 10 мин. Очень печально

It’s been a very pleasant surprise. The service was wonderful. The staff was friendly and helpful. Will def come back!

In my opinion and I am not a hotel reviewer this hotel is a three star hotel at Best 100% not a five star hotel based on service and decor It is relying on the past. It may have been a wonderful hotel in the 90s but I can tell you that in 2026. There’s way too much of a mixture of Band-Aids trying to keep up there were bugs in my bathroom. The air-conditioning did not work very well. The fan that they brought me was loud. The staff was kind and polite, but minimal. No one offered to help with the bags on departure to put them into the vehicle. They may rely heavily on their restaurant. If you want a three star hotel, but want to pay five star hotel prices. This is definitely the hotel for you. Plastic pool…. Just saying

Nous avions pour habitude de fréquenter le restaurant de Jacques Chibois. Cette fois et pour deux jours nous avons séjourné au sein de l’établissement. Les suites tant du côté contemporain que provençal sont très agréables, la literie parfaite. Les femmes de chambre sont discrètes et très réactives. Le petit déjeuner est copieux, la terrasse très agréable et le maître de cérémonie au petit soin. Pour le dîner, je regrette un peu les plats signatures d’antan de Jacques Chibois mais la carte reste à la hauteur. Merci à Sébastien, Maxime et Charles pour leur accueil et leur bienveillance. À l’accueil, Julien fera le maximum pour vous être agréable tout comme le voiturier. Bref une équipe à recommander! Tout tout petit bémol, la porte de la piscine…

Definitely did not live up to its reputation or our expectations. The good points were the service at lunch and charming staff. The light lunch we chose was ok but unremarkable. The gardens are spacious and tranquil. The bad points far outweigh the above; The first room we were offered was small with no view. The second was better, but the shower was not functioning. We could have used the bath but we were not happy that we would have been charged extra for this room. We couldn’t spend the afternoon at the pool as we had planned, as the pump was broken, the oool full of debris, tye whole area unwelcoming and neglected. The restaurant terrace was tired and shabby, the awnings stained and dirty. We decided to leave. We live locally and are very familiar with wonderful hotels and restaurants such as the Chateau St Martin, the Belles Rives, the Cheval Blanc. I have enjoyed dozens of Relais & Chateaux over the years. We were incredibly disappointed by our experience here.

OK We planned an overnight with friends. We two arrived at noon. The lunchtime plate, our choice ahead of an gourmet dinner, we enjoyed, so we ate little, but observed that the food is dated and traditional…nothing wrong with that, but tastes have moved on, but not here. The accommodation disappointed. Small rooms, and in ours the shower did not work, and we were not offered compensation or alternatives at the same price! Our afternoon by the pool was impossible. The pump in the pool was broken, the pool full of debris, and no care was shown by the staff to remove discarded drink ware by morning users, nor repair/upright the fallen parasols (4) from the minor mistral of that windy day. This is a restaurant with rooms…so beware We chose to leave Arrogance is how I would describe this place The facade impresses…but behind it…!

Nous avons passé un moment absolument merveilleux à la Bastide Saint Antoine. L’accueil a été plus que chaleureux, avec une équipe attentive, bienveillante et profondément professionnelle. On se sent immédiatement reçu avec générosité et élégance. Le cadre est magnifique, l’atmosphère raffinée mais sincère, et chaque détail semble pensé pour que les invités se sentent privilégiés. Une adresse d’exception où l’on a déjà envie de revenir. Merci pour ce très beau moment. Barbara et Antoine
