I stayed here with a friend. It did exactly what it needed to do which was house us for a night. There was no drinking water as the office advised us not to drink from the tap. So that was a bit annoying. Not the nicest, but it lived up to a two star motel. (The drinking water was the downside). Beautiful area, lots of hikes nearby. Gravenhurst was close enough. REALLY hard to see the turn off at night as there is no illuminated sign- make sure to watch your gps!

Spacious room and clean. Easy sign in and check out Curb appeal needs work/looks very worn down Great lightening at night No coffee maker/or tea kettle[inconvenient to go grab a coffee/tea as it requires driving a bit ways] To get any food, one must drive so bring food with you as there is a mini fridge and microwave Mini fridge freezer needed cleaning out as it looked gross. Outlets were inconventiently placed. It's okay for a night stay and get up and go the next , but not sure if I would stay 2 nights again because there was really nothing to do once you were there[ ie. couldn't go for a walk or if you have kids they can't really play outside]
