洋濱市舒適酒店(Comfort Inn & Suites Ocean Shores)

Bel hôtel, personnel très amical, belle chambre, le seul point négatif est l'état des installations, ca manque de rénovation et de fraîcheur surtout où la piscine, le reste est bien.

The hotel is just about finished with an update. Pool area nice and great long hours- it is also heated! Good continental breakfast. Staff are all nice and helpful! Great add ons for welcome baskets. Perfect location in town. Only rooms with a view are the upper 2 floors. Balcony rooms can barely see the surf.

I left the local Shilo to come here and was very happy I did so. Clean, maintained and free of bad odors.

Refused to accommodate our change of travel plans. Lost $200 on a prepaid reservation due to a family emergency. Horrible customer service. Stay elsewhere. Would not accommodate us or refund our money. Asked to speak to a manager and they lied and said no manager was on duty at the time, and that the person I spoke to before was the manager, who was incredibly rude and did not want to help at all.

It was a very convenient location and not far from everything! It was also a clean and reasonable priced place to stay and the staff was friendly and helpful.

Right as you get into Ocean Shores. Allowed us to check in an hour early at no cost. Everyone is very friendly. Thank you!

My stay was a decent stay. The staff was very nice and friendly. Front desk employee was very professional and nice. The room we stayed in was nice and clean and organized. The bathroom definitely needed an overhaul. Most of the trim work, tiles, paint, wall paper, etc etc are outdated. Bathroom tub/shower looked like a handy man performed some horrible repair work on it. The swimming pool area was decent and the larger pool was very clean and not saturated with too much chlorine. The jacuzzi was some what ok. I wasn’t expecting it to be so like warm. Most jacuzzi’s are hot. Breakfasts was standard taste. Nothing too fancy. Basic eggs, sausage links, biscuits and gravy, cereal, fruit, and waffle maker. Orange juice, and apple juice and good coffee for drinks. I will admit, I was fond of the coffee the had. Beds were made with care and the whole stay was decent. I would definitely come back. I do wish the would update the bathrooms and amenities.

Property was ok, the room needed updates and carpet was stained up. Bed was not as comfy as some hotels I have stayed at but it also was not the most uncomfortable bed either.

Had a very nice time room was wonderful. Jody at the front counter was particularly delightful.
