這家旅館從火車站走路過來約16分鐘，沿途路非常的平坦好走。散步走到舊城區也是非常的方便的。房價的價格非常的經濟實惠還有附早餐。房間雖然面積不大但是還可以的乾淨舒適

乾淨漂亮 但是房間比我想象的要小得多 四人，但四人不能同時搬運承運人！ 你衹要睡就好 除此之外，工作人員很友好，早餐很美味，停車也很方便。 設施很乾凈，水很好

在歐洲算是比較大的酒店了，過度住的酒店，小眾城市，酒店有自己的停車場，當然要前台先辦理入住才能找到入口停車，其他就正常。走得早沒有用早餐。

Plus points - the location is good and the rooms are a decent size with decent facilities Minus points - the staff friendliness was a bit hit and miss - some where great, some not so helpful. The room service was a bit patchy - one day no towels, another day tea and coffee not replenished. The parking was also not ideal - I booked this hotel because it had hotel parking. I arrived around 10pm and was told the car park was full and I'd have to find somewhere to park myself either on the road outside or search the internet for a car park close by! Not really what I wanted to hear having travelled for around 12 hours - fortunately there was one remaining space fairly close which was a relief. We were lucky for the remainder of our stay that we managed to get a space in the undeground car park. If you do get a space the car park is really good - well lit, modern and easy to park with good room for each parking space. Overall our stay was ok.

In Graz for a customer meeting and stayed in Grand Hotel Wiesler Graz for 3 nights (Jan 18 to Jan 21). Truly enjoyed this stay, Five Star for sure. The facility was built in 1909 (guessed from its WiFi password), yet the interior is very modern. The staff was very friendly and responsive, and the breakfast was the best we ever had in Europe. The hotel is in a premium location, with Tram #1, 4,6,7 connecting to the train station,

This hotel should not be 4 star. Unmanned desk of an evening, no bar area and living in the 80’s. I know reviews are subjective but it is my opinion having stated at an amazing 3,star hotel recently. Rooms were ok but even though they look recently renovated they were not welcoming. We came back early from dinner on our first day, 8pm only to find no bar available and no English channels apart from CNN! Breakfast was pretty good, efficient. They have a nice balcony area to sit but we were told off for feeding some small birds. We left a coffee cup from our first breakfast on the sideboard which was never taken away and room not cleaned properly just the duvet folded on day 2. All the little things add up to a very very average stay.

Ich habe ein Einzelzimmer gebucht und auch ein solches bekommen! Allerdings habe ich schon mehr als 20 Jahre nicht mehr in so einem winzigen Bett geschlafen, ich dachte dass es das nicht mehr gibt. Das Haus ist seit kurzer Zeit Mitglied der Best Western Gruppe, ist aber standardmäßig noch nicht dort angekommen. Das Haus war ziemlich leer und ich hatte die Hoffnung dass ich aufgrund meines Mitgliedsstatus bei Best Western ein Zimmer mit einem ”normalgroßen” Bett bekomme, aber nein.....Das Rezeptionspersonal war sehr freundlich, aber das kann leider auch nicht über das Zimmer hinwegtrösten. Das Haus ist für Bahnreisende gut gelegen, in unmittelbarer Nähe des Hauptbahnhofs mit Straßenbahnverbindung ins Zentrum. Resumé: Kein Highlight am Grazer Hotelhimmel!

A very stylish modern hotel in a hidden and quiet place next to a park but nevertheless close to the city and all major sights! We had no breakfast but a short look into the breakfast room was promising. So next time we will book breakfast in the hotel
