I booked three rooms for a family occasion. Good parking and a welcoming reception. Beds are advertised as super-king sized but we were allocated a normal double bed. A big shout out for Lindsey who switched us to a room with a king sized bed and fetched another towel: thank you, Lindsey. Bed was comfortable but I would have liked an extra pillow. Neither of us has long black hair so finding some in the bathroom was unwelcome. Room décor was fine but the corridors and stairwell are tatty and tired.

Premier Inns are all fairly similar, in my experience. The pluses here are the staff! I have never experienced more helpful and friendly staff - and I have stayed at many much more expensive hotels. They went the extra mile and couldn't do enough for me. The room itself was clean and the facilities will be familiar to anyone who has stayed in a Premier Inn. The steak and salad I had at the restaurant was good. The one drawback for me - why I didn't give it five stars - was the location. There is an excellent bus service (437) that can take about 35m to get to Liverpool One but is subject to traffic. The hotel is in a very suburban setting and, apart from the pub next door, there is little else near.

Cracking Premier Inn albeit a little tired looking. The staff were super friendly & helpful. The Gravesberie bar & Grill next door is excellent, nice decor, lovely food & nice friendly staff. I would definitely recommend this premier inn, easy access off the motorway & great bus service into Liverpool which costs £2.00 each way the bus stops directly outside.

Room was clean and tidy as usual for premier inn. Reception staff were very friendly and helpful as were the staff in the pub next door. Would definitely avoid eating in the pub though, mixed grill was driest plate of food I’ve had in quite a while, and poached eggs at breakfast were virtually raw. I didn’t complain at the time , hopefully has more effect on here.

Lovely friendly, and accomodating staff-happy to take me to relatives room to plant something!. Relatives were comfortable and happy, and enjoyed the breakfast next door, as did we on the last morning. Staff in restaurant also excellent. Thankyou

Fairly tired Premier in with only 2 rooms for those with accessibility needs - shower contained in bath which is dangerous

We had great couple of nights stay here ,The location suited us for venue close by we where going to ,Really nice hotel lovely helpfull friendly team, the rooms really clean beds are new and comfy. The pub next door do a nice large breakfast filled us up for the day 😀

Firstly this is a great location, much quieter than a city centre hotel which is why I chose it. The staff here were super friendly! Nothing was too much. Always love the breakfast as it has a great vegan menu too. Rooms were clean and nice and quiet and I got a good nights sleep. This hotel also has EV charging points that have just been put in so very useful for those doing long distance in an electric vehicle like I was.

Stayed here because it’s close to relatives. Celebrated a special birthday. Room was cold. Heating kept timing out irrespective of temperature setting. Staff were helpful and friendly at all times. Breakfast had a good choice of cooked items too. Tea and coffee a bit naff though.

I am 89 years old and I always to Greasby premier inn hotel as it is spotlessly clean warm friendly staff they look after me like I there mum I am give treats of biscuits and hot chocolate but most off they check in on me daily I wish Steve and his team a very happy Christmas and new year thanks again

Excellent stay will definitely use again. Friendly, professional staff. Nothing was a bother. Ie extra tea/coffee etc plenty of parking available. Great location for Wirral area and for Liverpool. Good access to motorway

Booked my maintenance team into the hotel for 4 night stay they were so impressed with the service staff and room standards very clean fresh towels when asked for new beds very comfortable and breakfast was high standard due to being cooked to order
