ABACO海灘度假村&船港(Abaco Beach Resort and Boat Harbour Marina)

Roach motel, Roaches everywhere do not stay here. We asked the front desk about the issue and they basically said SO! We told them we would post a negative comment and they again said SO! SOOOOO here it is. make sure you see the photos from our room(s) November 29 to Dec 4 of 2023.

Lovely property, very helpful staff. Dining in was a fairly pricey affair. But then again the whole of Abacos is not an easy place to find reasonably priced restaurants. The island has yet to really recover from the terrible hurricane in 2019. The Resort is an oasis of neatness and order compared to much of the island. I do hope Abacos continues to make progress, it is a lovely place and the people are so kind and helpful.

The heater did not work, the beds were hard, and the rooms were not worth they were charged for

Being the “off season”, it’s nice & quiet. Lovely view from room balcony. Nice indoor & patio restaurants. Paddle boards & kayaks available to use. Nice pools & swimming beach.

We cannot even express enough the level of dissatisfaction with this facility. To begin with we could not ever access with any level of reliability any of the electronics - internet, tv, phone etc. We made multiple attempts to inform the front desk and nothing was ever successfully addressed. In addition the cleanliness of the room was very disappointing. Just one walk across the room and your feet were black - seemed like it had not been mopped in a very long time. The food was the next issue - not worth the $ in our opinion (i.e food always cold at the buffets). The one exception is the meal we had at the indoor dining room on our final night, which was delicious and the service was great. But that was the only highlight of the 3 night stay.

If you’re going to Abaco it’s still best place to stay. Very impressive resturant too.
