Holiday Inn 格雷特瀑布

Pretty good overall. Only disappointment was the pool slide was either removed or under renovation.

We arrived and were told that their computer systems were shut down and they could not check us into our rooms. But they were working on getting them back up. We sat and waited for over an hour in the lobby with two small children. It was around 9:00 PM and we finally left because they were nowhere near getting the computers to work and we had to wake up at 4:30 in the morning. Neither Holiday Inn or ******* will refund us. We had to stay in another hotel because we had no idea how long it would take for the computers to get up and running. Austin, the front desk employee was working his hardest and was very pleasant and kind through the whole experience. But unfortunately he had no control over getting the computers up and running, he was not a manager so had no control in giving us a refund. The whole experience was very disappointing both with the hotel Holiday Inn hotel and *******. I asked if we could let the children go into the pool and we were not allowed to do that either as they had no way of getting us keys because again the computers were not working. Sitting in a lobby with two small children after having been in the car for almost 3 hours to get to the hotel was not pleasant. We made the choice to go somewhere else so we could sleep for a few hours before having to wake up at 4:30 am. After this experience, I will no longer be using ******* services and I will no longer stay at a Holiday Inn.

Nice friendly hotel The food options were good, close to shopping, internet was good, pool and hot tub area was nice. Reserved through 3rd party app.. reservation went well, check in was tough as it took 4 hours for room to be cleaned so we could check in. Came back to check after 2 hours hoping to check in and freshen up before going to dinner. Room still was not ready was offered a free drink at the bar and my room deposit was lowered to 20.00 (which really didn't matter as i get the deposit back anyway) was finally able to check in 4 hours after reservation was made. Room was good, clean beds were clean, bathroom was clean. Even with the slow check in process we extended our stay to 2 nights rather than one.

It smells strongly of mildew and mold as soon as you walk in. The carpets in the room are wet. I took a wet towel to wipe the bathroom floor, and it was black. There was mold in the coffee maker. Also, this hotel advertises having a slide for the pool, but the slide has been taken out. My kids were very disappointed.

Room provided all amenities stated on *******. The front desk had a very refreshing infusion water as I checked in. Hotel needs some upgrades but very comfortable and conveniently located near markets and coffee shops. Bar and restaurant inside.

Do not stay at this hotel. It is in need of a complete overhaul. The carpet is gross, the rooms are not cleaned well. The bathtub/shower was disgusting. The towels we were given had stains on them. The drain was broken. The floors were not cleaned well. The bathroom door looked like it had not been cleaned in months. The only reason we stayed was because it was really late and we had to get up early to continue our trip.

This was the first place Ive stayed the didnt have coffee out during the day. On Sunday they had coffee till 8:30a. They weren't going to make anymore. At $304 a night you think they could make another pot of coffee. We booked it because it showed a Waterslide and it dodnt have one. Thats an old picture. Grandkids were disappointed.

Our room was right by the pool. It reeked of chlorine, mildew, and mold. Additionally, we were kept up by kids screaming for a couple of hours after we went to bed, and once they quieted down, the air conditioner and several other old utilities kept us awake with strange noises all night. The shower never got fully warm either. We left after our first night, and couldn't get our money back for our second night since we'd booked through *******.
