My Husband and I really enjoyed are stay. The Rooms are very clean and the front desk are so friendly. Bailey at the front is so awesome. She went above and beyond to help us fix are reservation and also brought us a fridge cause the we had in the room went out. 💯 ... Also MJ is very friendly and very helpful. Always smiling.

After checking me in the clerk informed me that the elevator was broken. Not wanting to go through the hassle of obtaining a refund and going elsewhere I struggled up the stairs with my heavy suitcase. The tv had no signal but the bathroom worked so I survived.

I will be staying here again on my next trip to greatfalls! The desk staff I encountered were so amazing and accommodating especially the lady working the day shift! It was a little dusty in the room but overall so cozy!

Ok room. Budget price and lodging was also budget. Clean, comfortable but below average quality

The towels were crunchy but everything else was nice. The price was good and staff was nice.

The hotel was very good. However there is an area that needs some improvement. And that is in their "breakfast included" which is listed when you look into possibly booking a room in the hotel. It is a very, very skimpy "breakfast". You have coffee and some muffins. That's it!!! It would be nice if there also was a loaf of bread, a toaster and some butter, jam and peanut butter. This hotel chain had better seriously look at improving their breakfast.

Was not quiet, took forever to check in. Signage needs changing per current Montana laws. Not planning to stay there again. Staff were nice but I’d pay more to stay somewhere else.

You guys are doing a great job with cleaning and keeping the hotel safe

We loved having a picnic by the Missouri River after we checked in. Rooms were clean and comfortable. Staff was very friendly and helpful.
