Great place

The location is terrible down town great falls. Drag racing. Reving vehicles. Constant ambulances and police. ******* and drunks and homeless and thieves. I plugged my electric truck in to charge over night and someone stole the cord. The hotel staff was helpful of pulling up the theft on thier camera. The cops showed up and took the (part) of the video but everyone thinks nothing can or will be done. They have a free breakfast. And underground parking. No plugs down there though. The side alley has lots of plugs but never charge there.

They really have done a wonderful job updating such an old building. It is nice to have underground parking and the pool was perfect. The building shows it age but over all it was a wonderful place. The room was huge, I did have to ask for pillowcases and hand towels/washcloths. I never did get the towels, but not a deal breaker. The front desk staff were fantastic and made you feel welcome. I will stay there again.

Recently updated rooms but paper thin walls; I could hear everything; check in staff not helpful to tell me where to park or how to get in; no signs in garage plus roads were blocked two days I stayed and no one bothered to give heads up on how to get in or out; had to clean hair out of bath tub. Can’t expect too much for price but basic etiquette would have been nice.

There is a feeling that the hotel isn't the safest. You park in the underground parkade which is nice but open to the public. When you get into the elevator to your floor you don't need a card so anyone can come into the parkade and enter the hotel without it being secure. Our room was at the end on the 4th floor with a large window that overlooked the back stairs. We stayed 2 nights and all night people were in the stairwells talking and the blind on the window wasn't a good cover so if they tried they could see in. The floor appeared to have long term residents. When we got to the room it was nice and appeared clean with the exception of long black hairs on the clean towels. The face cloths and hand towels were pretty worn and thin - there was only one hand towel. I think that they must have recently done renovations because we had to plug in all the lamps and coffee maker and the night stands, fridge, etc.. There was no "do not disturb" sign for the door and because we were staying two nights we didn't want the room cleaned the second day so we didn't have to worry about securing our stuff - we had to put a hand written note on the door to ensure they didn't come for service. The blankets on the king sized bed were very thin and a little small for the bed so it was a little chilly at times during the night. The a/c was really loud as well. The location is good, thing appear to be clean on the premises although we didn't go down for the free breakfast.

Breakfast at 8:10 am was nearly all empty. Cereal 3 choices, but you had to ask for bowls, 1 donut in a reduced price store container, and 1 slice of bread in a plastic bag. But you could have a pancake or scrambled eggs if you wanted. As for the hotel, it was a four out five.

I had a great stay. The downtown location is awesome. The underground parking is nice, though it is not locked and might not fit large vehicles. The bed was really comfortable, and this hotel uses the highest quality toilet paper I have ever seen in a hotel. Not sure if it was just my room or not.

The bed was super comfy and the room nice and dark. The breakfast was amazing. Pancakes , sausage, bagels ect. The staff was very helpful and accommodating.

Clean and comfortable bed, cleanish room, dirty towels and halls smelled like pee. The air conditioner worked well but had a musty smell.. kept the room cool. Shower was outdated compared to the “living” area.. did have hot water after letting it run for a few minutes. The sink faucet had rusty colored water briefly on first use. There is underground parking which was nice. Breakfast was okay.. had fresh oranges and coffee which were appreciated.
