塔努姆斯特蘭德酒店

Prachtige plek, vriendelijke mensen, kleine huisjes. Die zijn geen probleem met mooi weer, al loop je elkaar altijd in de weg. Er is geen eethoek, die misten wij wel. Heerlijke bedden, zelden zo goed meegemaakt op vakantie. Er is genoeg te doen voor alle leeftijden, zwemmen, spa, een beachclub en natuurlijk lekker wandelen. We hebben er goed genoten en het was een uitstekende eerste kennismaking met Zweden.

Wij hadden een midweek geboekt in één van de cabins en deze bleek in tegestelling tot de vele foto's erg verouderd te zijn. Blijkbaar was er nog gerenoveerd dit jaar en was dit geen nieuwe inrichting. De reservering was prijzig en bij aankomst, zónder toegang tot Spa en zwembad. Wel kregen we korting op toegang tot het zwembad van 15-19 uur voor de prijs van ca.€20 voor 2-personen. Zwembad is klein en ook erg verouderd met een ondiep binnenbad (met glijbaantje) en een nog kleiner, iets dieper buitenbad. De winkel beperkt maar wel vele soorten brood. Het ergste is de luidruchtige, allesoverheersende live muziek, 2 a 3x per week. Zo hard en deels slecht waar niet aan te ontsnappen valt, zelfs bij ramen en deuren gesloten. Jammer, wel mooie omgeving maar voor ons geen herhaling.

When I asked about the midsummer ; flowerbinging , they did not know were it was. They gace me a map . and send me too find it my self. Well they pointed one way , but that was the wrong way. The spa cost 375 kr and the pool area was very disapontet. Way too expenic . The room was ok. Breakfast was good.

This hotel is huge. So there are loads of people. It is in a very nice environment, right by the ocean. This hotel is though like a mass production of tourists. Not one inch of personality. So either you like it or not. They have gone digital, for example you get the key via an app. Maybe good for some and convenient, but it is also not personal. An idea is for the hotel to have better signs to the rooms as you don’t go to the front desk. We walked around for a while. They send you a link with info, but not your personal info, like the time for the dinner you booked etc…So the digital transformation is not that good. As a normal boring Swedish hotel, they don’t clean the rooms on your stay due to the environment…what is bad for the environment to make the beds and take out old coffee cups? You can ask for cleaning, but you need to do that the evening before. They have bikes for rent, but for a horrendous price. 120SEK/hour and bike. So for a family you can’t take the bikes to Grebbestad for dinner without getting robbed. You wonder why they encourage you to take the car…not very modern. But they don’t clean the rooms due to environment….hahaha… To use the shuffleboard cost 200SEK/hour. This stuff are usually for free in many hotels, it feels very cheap to ask for loads of money for just some games. The SPA is nice, but no jacuzzi. 3 saunas though and an outdoor hot tub. We had a nice dinner with a very nice server. The breakfast is ok, but of course very crowded. The bread was the best together with the omelette chef. We stayed in a room with sea view. Small and boring. No conditioner but a small balcony. After two nights I haven’t met one staff except for the server and the omelette chef. I won’t be back, I like personality. This hotel doesn’t want to have any interaction with their guests.

We had a wonderful stay at the hotel! With SPA and lovely dinner! And a fantastic Brunch! One night at the hotel - with SPA and good food, felt like a minivacation! Still smiling! We are sure to come back!

Comfortabel and nice atmosphere. Love the food experience. Didn't notice the renovation going on at the time. Access to the pool was included as part of the stay. It was very crowded by the pool and the jacuzzi was always occuppied.
