羅徹斯特-皮茨福德/布萊頓麗怡酒店(Country Inn & Suites by Radisson, Rochester-Pittsford/Brighton, NY)

This hotel was clean and welcoming. The staff was helpful. This was our favorite place to stay on our college tour of Northeast.

A very happy and enjoyable stay over there. Have to praise excellent service provided by the professional and friendly Staff as well as the Personnel for keeping the room clean and tidy. The food was fresh and tasty. All the facilities this place has offered highly satisfied the expectations.

Very disappointed. First we had to walk out side to get to our rooms on the 1st floor but what we didnt appreciate was that we were dressed to the nines for a wedding and we had to plunge our own toilet because there was NO MAINT. Staff!!! Really? At the very least a manager should of came to assist us. Very unprofessional and will never stay here again.

The hotel in general was a bit run-down and in need of a renovation. Our room was big which was a positive thing but everything else in the room was not in good condition. Everything is old and one bed must have bed bugs or other bugs, it had bitten my family member and in the middle of the night, she was itchy and felt a bug on her that she immediately brush it away. Also, we found ants in the cabinet under the sink. We felt the room's cleanliness wasn't to standard. The bathtub was plugged and took forever to drain. We had to bring the pack n play up to our room by ourselves because they only had one person working which wasn't a problem but felt they were understaffed. The breakfast was very decent. I had no complaints and the staff was generally very friendly and helpful.

Tout repondait a mes attentes

I was very impressed with this property. I booked it because it was the cheaper option in the area but the pillows were the best hotel pillows I have ever slept on! The bed was comfortable as well. After I checked out to get on an early flight, I found out it was cancelled. I was able to go back to the hotel and rest until my checkout and they were very accommodating. The breakfast was great as well!!

The hotel was fantastic. It’s obviously not a 5 star property but everything about it was way above average. The service was outstanding, the rooms and bathrooms were squeaky clean. There was no “but” and we enjoyed our short stay very much.
