I booked a room over a month ago. I left New Orleans in the morning and arrived at the hotel I had booked at 10pm. I wanted to check in and the lady told me there were no rooms available. I said I had a reservation. She said it could be, but my room had been given to someone else, so I had booked no room for nothing. Well, after that I was completely exhausted looking for another hotel. I found one, but I had to travel another 50 miles back to our destination. So this hotel would get a zero from me if it had one. I don't recommend it to anyone, because even if you book a room, they don't care. I don't even know how ******* allows them to do this.
