The location was decent. The staff who checked me in seemed new to the job. The internet wasn’t working and I was told by the front desk to call customer service. CS told me it would be an hour. An hour and a half later I called CS again and they asked if I had spoken to the front desk. Eventually internet was restored. The carpet in the room was damp, the refrigerator was sticky, one of the drawers had trash in it and there was an awful loud mechanical noise all night. That said, at first glance the room is very big and nice looking

Thermostat was not working. It was close to 90 degrees in my room. Finally, at 230 AM I went downstairs. Thankfully the woman helped me out. But to not address it or just to expect to pay full price for a room that is not fully functional is insane.

Nice Property, hard time checking in. Terrible time checking in. Booked room online for my workers. Check-in person gave my employees a hard time checking in with my credit card that I gave them.

This is the perfect hotel for traveling with your pet. The area is walkable and safe. There is also a nice pet relief area right outside the front entrance. There were other pets there and you would never know that they are there. It’s a very quiet and clean hotel.

Thermostat was messed up but the front desk personnel got maintenance on the phone and she fixed it while we were out to dinner. Excellent customer service by far.
