The reviews posted are accurate. The hotel was very clean, well kept, and quiet. The bed and pillows were super comfortable and I am picky about jar as I have a bad back. I only stayed one night and had to move on to a nearby resort whose rooms and twice the price and it is no nicer or cleaner than this Hilton. I would stay again, no question.

Have stayed here multiple times. Clean , friendly and pet friendly too. The place to stay in Greensboro.

Had a great stay while there. The beds were very comfortable and the staff was very accommodating.

20 min for a ck in terrible service at the front desk , I need to take this beyond just a review , this is unacceptable!!! I’m still been held down here at 12:00am having to wake up 6 hrs later

We always stay here when visiting our daughter at High Point. It’s always clean and convenient. Staff is friendly.

Angela in the bar/restaurant was absolutely amazing! Friendly and attentive.

Everything was great other than some of the gym equipment (treadmills and peloton) not working.

The customer service received was amazing however when checking out at 5am there was no one working at all. It would also be nice if their shuttle would run on weekends to accommodate their weekend guests. Also breakfast should be complementary.

********** did not process my payment with the hotel so I had to pay an additional $265.00 on top of the $348.00 that I had already paid earlier in the week for a two night stay. So they charged my card over $600 for a two night stay! The customer service rep was helpful but it caused me to have to pay for my breakfast in person, which was more than what I paid online. Besides that the service was great and the staff was very friendly. The receptionist tried to help but was limited because I booked on **********. The hotel was very clean and comfortable.

The hotel was clean and comfortable. Breakfast in the lobby was made to order and was excellent.

Staff were very responsive. There were several soccer teams staying last night when we stayed. The kids were quite loud, rowdy and seemed to lack good parental or coach support. We were having a drink and dinner in the bar area and it was almost impossible to carry on a conversation. Staff did attempt to talk with parents and coaches however hadn’t been resolved by the time we finished dinner.

Hotel staff was super nice. Let me check out late when flight was delayed. The hotel was clean and comfortable.
