The property is basically a construction zone. Sheetrock in the hallwsys, people working on the rooms all night. The hot tub not in service first night Bathroom in pool area out of order. The staff was super nice, but the facility itself was not great .

The attendant was extremely rude. I am a single female, and while the attendant was checking me in, a gentleman arrived to check in. The attendant stopped checking me in midstream and told me I had to wait so he could attend to the gentleman. When did women become second-class citizens?

Excellent hotel. I definitely wasn’t disappointed. Nice, clean rooms, great staff, clean rooms and comfortable beds. I would definitely stay again. I highly recommend.

We stayed in the Double Queen Suite room 125. The room was spacious and very clean. The shower was hot and the shower head was high up on the wall so tall people have no problem standing underneath. The breakfast was hot and fresh. The only negative thing I have to say about it is the eggs was definitely over cooked. I like the convenience of all the food and shops close by. For the most part the room was very quiet up until people decided to utilize the pool. You can hear EVERYTHING through the walls as if they were in the same room as us. Pool hours are from 9am-9pm daily so unfortunately we had to endure extremely loud music and kids screaming non-stop the last night and last morning we were there. Aside from this annoyance of not being able to get a decent nights sleep before we had to drive back 6 hours home, it was a pleasant stay and would recommend this hotel.

Excellent, friendly service. Breakfast bar food selection and quality was great - and the dining area was very pleasant and clean. The staff did a great job. The property does allow dogs in the rooms which I do not care for.

The room was not clean and smelled funny. The fridge had a funkie odor as well. The a/c unit had mold on vents. The carpet was stained and not vacuumed. The mattresses were uncomfortable and had dips in them. It was very noisy and did not get very good sleep. The breakfast was not very good. Don’t plan on ever staying at this location again.

Check in time must wait till 12 pm or pay $25.00 charge, I was 30 minutes early had to wait for room. No big deal justa pain.
