Great food and atmosphere

I didn't realize I had booked w/c accessible room. It was okay. Oddly large. Realize the shower was for w/c but to stand in it was was not safe. My husband nearly fell on the slick and wet floor and I did too. We used the towels to cover the floor. The sprayer in the shower was not the best. We stay at Hamptons when we travel and I just expected better. It seemed very dated and mattress honestly not very good quality. I do not normally do reviews. The desk staff were very nice.

This is a very clean and convenient property, easy off/on the highway. Staff were helpful and friendly. My room was spotless, the bed very comfortable and all areas of bathroom worked well. "Standard" breakfast; I liked that coffee was always available. I will earmark this hotel for future stays

Could have used a more comfortable chair in the suite. A nice recliner would work for older folks.

The space in the suite was amazing. The attendant at the front desk was wonderful at check in. I love the contactless in and out and the access via phone to things in the room.

The gentleman at check in, Anthony, was very helpful & knowledgeable. Being 6'8" you couldn't miss him. Lol

My check-in was a disaster but no fault of the hotel. I booked through ******* and they had me under a totally different name. Thankfully we figured out the confirmation number was mines but the email address and name (which was a male) was linked to someone else with my credit card. The hotel staff were exceptional. The only other thing was breakfast. There should be more “meat” options for those who don’t consume pork products. Overall, my stay was great!

Timothy was very friendly and helpful. I loved the bed also. Great pillows and bed spreads!

Good quality hotel with clean, spacious rooms. I definitely recommend this hotel.
