Breakfast was bad. Eggs tasted a bit funky. Waffle was flavorless. Pool was cold and hot tub was hardly even warm

Older but seemed very clean and beds were comfortable. Staff were very nice! The drawers were broken and there is a metal base to the bed which is very loud when you knock into it getting in and out of bed!!! I’d probably stay there again for the cost!

It is a good place to stay when you are passing through. I don't suggest long stays with kids. Two story with no elevator, keep in mind when booking accessibility rooms. It was perfect for my husband and I to stop at a half way mark from Redmond, Oregon to Tumwater, Washington.

Front desk staff could not be bothered with me at check in and in the morning I noticed three Cockroaches on my floor with eggs in the bathroom. I checked out immediately.

The night shift clerk that worked on 11/13. He was so nice and polite and had so much information around the area. The morning shift clerk, on 11/14 in the morning early shift. She was absolutely phenomenal, courteous, attentive and most of all showed the best customer service. I wish I took her name. She made me want to come back and book another hotel room The reason why she stood out, she went out of her way to help me check out when my sister-in-law was still in the room. I had to leave for work and she was willing to check me out as soon as she left.. She gave me clear instructions and she was able to check me out with no problem. She made all the breakfast area, so nice tidy, clean, and professional. I work in a visual atmosphere and marketing for a huge commercial multifamily company. And she stood out to me. Great job because of your service I’m gonna come back again!!

Front desk was friendly and helpful. The room smelled as if it was just cleaned. Refreshing.

The breakfast was subpar. They could’ve at least had some bagels and cream cheese.

Staff was very friendly. When I asked about coffee, the reception person offered to make a fresh pot. I studied in the small lobby for about 4 hours - it was comfortable and peaceful. I did kill a roach in my room (bottom floor, near side exit) -- first one I've ever seen on the West coast.

The bathrooms and rooms are not cleaned properly. Hairs in the floor. Old stains in the bath tab. Bed linens fading from white with stains
