The Coco Palm Resort was exactly what I needed, when I needed it. By far one of the best (if not the best) vacation experiences I have ever had. I'd been to St. Lucia multiple times before but only for work and so I never had the ”tourist” experience. Basically, just hotel room to meeting room. But on my last business trip, our meeting was held in the conference room at this hotel (though I wasn't staying at the hotel). After the meeting we had lunch at the Ti Bananne restaurant here and the food was EXQUISITE. As a person that loves to eat and enjoys a good meal, I couldn't get over it. That plus the large, inviting pool and the beautiful surroundings left a permanent impression on my mind. Cut to several months later and I was back home in Jamaica planning a well-needed vacation with my partner, who had expressed many years ago that she'd love to visit St Lucia. I kinda already knew exactly where I wanted to stay: the Coco Palm Resort. We spent a week here and everything exceeded our expectations. The food was just as great and delicious as it was when I had my meeting there (in fact, better). We took the all-inclusive package, so we ate like King and Queen for a week and gorged ourselves on delicious salmon, juicy chicken, well-seasoned lamb shank, and countless other great meals and desserts (and of course, we drank like fish lol). But it wasn't just about the food. The staff was so friendly, competent, responsive, and attentive. We were checked in by Carleen at the front desk (with whom we became fast friends) and she gave us the full rundown of the place. We had asked for a room with a king bed but got a room with 2 double beds. I asked if we could change to a room with a king bed and Carleen made sure we got one as soon as it was available. Since we were staying a whole week, we wanted to do a couple days of excursions. The concierge, David, was the real superhero here. Making several calls and arranging 2 days of excursions for us within a few hours and giving us all the info we needed (pick up and drop off at the hotel, the rate was charged to my room, so we didn't have to pay the tour company ourselves in cash on the day). The staff at the restaurant, bar, and maid service were all super friendly and kind, attending to our every need. Can't say enough about how well trained they are. In terms of aesthetics, environment, and surroundings I couldn't have asked for much more. The hotel is located in a great area with tons of restaurants, shopping malls and activities within walking distance. Reduit Beach, a beautiful long ***** of white sand and crystal turquoise waters, is a 10-minute walk away (be prepared to pay about US$20 for a pair of beach chairs and umbrella). Bay Gardens Hotel was recommended to us by family who had stayed there many times before. It is situated right in the middle of everything. There are malls, restaurants, grocery stores, and nightclubs all within 2 minute walking distance. For that reason alone, I would choose this over their sister hotels. The hotel was bright, clean and very well kept. The rooms, although older, were also clean and well kept. The staff was friendly, and always helpful. Initially, we were placed in different areas of the hotel, so requested to move closer to friends. The next day they kindly accommodated us. We absolutely recommend the Bay Gardens family of hotels and resorts and specifically this location.

嫌麻煩就訂的全包，含早餐午餐和晚餐的。結果第一天晚上用過餐后，竟打電話讓客人支付餐費，客人當時沒多想，就先付了，乖乖扣款短信顯示扣了近三百美刀，客人問怎麼扣那麼多，服務人員說扣了三天的，真的是醉了，你是天上的神仙，能預知客人三天都在你這裏吃？ 之後客人打電話和我溝通確認是全包后，第二天早上就去找酒店前台，期間我聯繫了攜程客服，攜程客服很給力，馬上就跟酒店聯繫核實，前台看了英文確認單，知道了是全包，就改口說收的是押金，醉了，你說啥就是啥。 好戲來了，午餐去吃飯竟然又讓付款，擱誰誰都抓狂，再去找前台，才把全包用餐的手環給到客人。也是千年難得遇到這一遭啊

完美的住宿體驗，酒店採全包式，內在十多間餐廳，提供世界各地不同款式的料理，即使不是飯點，reception 和cafe等都有小吃供應。大推意大利餐廳，住了5天最美味就數他。各項遊樂設施齊備，足夠耍廢幾天也不會悶。酒鬼來到最開心，每天15小時放題任喝。

I checked in super late (after 11 pm) due to a flight delay but the staff at Stephanie's Apartments were super accommodating. I felt welcomed. I was shown my room and all the amenities (AC, Netflix, wifi password); I came down in the morning asking if there was a coffee shop nearby and Chef Kym offered to make a fresh one for me (for Free!) The 2 beautiful ladies Lubin and Maynard spoke about Rugby, Football and Cricket with me (I was there to see the ICC World Cup cricket match between India and Australia). Nice friendly staff, perfect location and a very pleasant overall experience.
