百合花酒店(La Fleur de Lys)

Séjour extrêmement agréable en raison de l'attention portée aux clients. L'hôtel est très convivial. Sa situation dans dans Gruyeres est idéale . Les repas sont bons et copieux.Les chambres sont grandes et confortables. Très jolie vue sur les montagnes

Cet établissement très confortable et très bien équipé, installé dans la rue principale de Gruyères offre des vues magnifiques sur les environs. Il convient également de noter la grande disponibilité et la parfaite serviabilité du personnel de cet établissement.

Un hôtel de charme à Gruyères et un personnel au top pourraient être les souvenirs que nous retiendrons de cette hôtel. Guillaume, le patron et Emilie nous ont surclassé après la première nuit suite à des problèmes de bruit avec notre chambre qui donnait sur la rue. Notre nouvelle chambre a été parfaite. Le petit-déjeuner géré par Lisa ou par Emilie de main de maître est excellent avec des produits du terroir. Les conseils d'Emilie pour le parking et d'autres sujets sont pertinents. Si vous voulez dormir à Gruyères, La Fleur de Lys est un excellent choix.

Super hôtel une vrai carte postale très propre et très traditionnel un personel super gentil les chambres sont belle avec une très belle vue le petit déjeuner très bon. L’endroit est très calme la vue est incroyable directement dans le village parking à 100m possibilité d’arrivé très tard

Situé dans le village de Gruyères l'hôtel Fleur de Lys dispose d'une excellente situation pour s'imprégner et visiter le site historique. L'hôtel est très confortable, les chambres sont charmantes avec la possibilité de dormir soit côté village, soit côté jardin et montages (la vue est magnifique). La restauration est également excellente et de qualité, la carte traditionnelle offre divers choix, de la fondue, à la raclette aux mets classiques. Le petit déjeuner est parfait et propose des produits frais. Guillaume et son équipe sont très accueillants, conviviaux et chaleureux. L'hôtel la Fleur de Lys propose des prestations de qualité pour un séjour agréable à Gruyères.

Superbe accueil par Émilie, jeune femme très dynamique, les chambres côté montagne sont belles, bonne literie et l'hôtel est très propre. Un très bon point concernant le restaurant, les assiettes sont bonnes et généreuses, la souris de veau excellente. Bravo à cette jeune équipe car l'hôtellerie et la restauration vit une période difficile depuis le covid...

We visited the wonderful town of Gruyère today and stopped at this restaurant for lunch. All started well as we got a table with room for the pram containing my sleeping granddaughter. The waiter brought the menus and then we waited and waited and waited. It wasn’t even as if they were busy. Eventually we caught the eye of the waiter to signal that we would like to order. He nodded in acknowledgment and then we waited and waited. It wasn’t as if he was doing much except playing on his phone and chatting to another waiter. Eventually he came over and we ordered a plate of meat, macaroni cheese , medium green salad and a pudding. We also ordered drinks. Then once again we waited and waited. Eventually the only efficient member of staff in the place came over and asked if we were okay. We explained we had ordered but it was taking a long time. She chased it up and finally we saw that our drinks were on their way. The drinks waitress bless her had a limp and was very slow which was fine as we could see she was struggling. What wasn’t so good was the miserable way she grabbed the glasses and drinks around the rim and begrudgingly slammed them down. Finally our meal arrived. Our medium salad turned out to be a small green salad- very small despite costing 6 CHF . The more efficient waitress again apologised. In fairness, apart from the salad being very small and poor value, the food was good. So in summary my mark is based on okay food save for the salad but very poor service.

Positivies - Rooms are simple, but have everything you need. Beds are super comfy, and the view overlooking the town is lovely. Dinner was delicious, although very expensive (as expected). The staff at dinner were friendly and welcoming. Negatives - Breakfast was not good. Almost everything had run out by 9am, and the staff either didn't notice or didn't care. The egg boiler was turned off, which meant it took 20 minutes to heat up. The toaster was also unplugged. When the Beds are twins instead of a double, the wall lights are way too low. We kept hitting our heads on them! Reception was never staffed, so it took 15 minutes to wait for anyone to come.

My daughter who lives in Switzerland arranged the two day visit during our stay with her Cannot fault the staff who were all helpful and polite . The rooms were clean , the beds very comfortable and the rooms spacious with views over the Main Street. Breakfast was what we would expect and more than adequate We had one meal there which was excellent and the young man serving it was a credit to the hotel. Only downsides. It’s a bit of an uphill trek from the car park and the back ground music a little annoyingly. Very well placed for the town and Gruyère and Cailler factories
