早餐品種不多，服務很好。一定試一下晚餐，環境浪漫，食物美味。房間不大，中規中矩的那種。有免費停車場，適合自駕。

Nous n'étions pas revenus depuis des années à l'époque d'Asmallworld... C’est un véritable plaisir de revenir dans cet hôtel au charme intemporel. Le service y est toujours impeccable et l'accueil chaleureux. On s'y sent si bien qu'on rêve déjà de revenir cet été. A faire absolument l'un des célèbres soins ayurvédiques ! nella mia esperienza di 5 stelle lusso in passato non ho mai trovato un posto così perfetto, il personale di tutti i dipartimenti gentili cortesi a disposizione per qualsiasi richiesta….. un grazie in particolare al direttore Vittorio Di Carlo,penso proprio che sia la prima di una lunga serie allo gstaad palece . The Gstaad Palace gave us a fairytale like experience in the snowy Swiss mountains. Besides the amazing room, the staff was at its upmost to give us a special stay. And the food in the restaurant was the cherry on the cake. Besides advising on all the highlights in town the spa they have gives a perfect hide out to recharge!

I went there just for the retaurant, I wanted to try the food and enjoy the view. I had a glass of wine and something to eat, the service from the staff was all good until I got out of the palace. When I was outside a policeman was waiting for me and later during the control he told me that someone has called them with the suspicion of me being a thief, just because I was a young guy in a solo trip and wanted to try the restaurant here, I aslo tipped well and all, and they decided to call the police with the suspicion of me being a “thief”. Not the best experience!

Nous voulions passer un moment en famille au Lobby Bar. Mais dès notre arrivée, nous avons pu voir le manque de professionnalisme. Aucun accueil, personne ne s’occupe de vous trouver une table ! Après avoir cherché désespérément un endroit libre, table non débarrassée ! Nous commandons les cocktails, et déception ! Dirty Martini n’en est pas un, juste une olive pour décorer, Whisky Sour imbuvable, un liquide avec une énorme quantité de jus de citron ! Si vous désirez prendre un cocktail, passez votre chemin et allez ailleurs !

Que dire du Palace de Gstaad si ce n’est qu’il mérite son nom de Palace. Nous y allons chaque@ année en famille ou en couple et c’est toujours avec le même plaisir. Tout est vraiment parfait et l’ensemble du personnel sais faire opérer la magie pour que vous vous sentiez « à la maison ». C’est toujours avec la même émotion et des étoiles pleins les yeux que je j’arrive au Palace qui est certainement un des meilleurs hôtels au monde. Un grand merci à toute l’équipe

Whilst staying near Lake Geneva, we were curious about the Gstaad Palace as we had heard so many good things, and were considering it for a week’s stay. However a brief visit today left us very disappointed and we will definitely not be making a booking. We walked to the hotel and asked if we could have a coffee in the lounge. After a pleasant couple of double-espresso (decaf) coffees in a comfortable ambience, we asked for the bill and paid quickly by card so as to catch our train back. It wasn’t until we had left that we discovered that the receipt was for 36 Swiss Francs (see pic), equating to 18 CHF for each coffee. We were aware that a single espresso was 9 CHF (the double was not priced on the menu) and would expect to pay extra but the idea that this is literally double the price is something we’ve never experienced anywhere, and that includes a lot of double espressos in a lot of 5-star hotels. If not a mistake, this felt quite arbitrary and cynical and not appropriate for a Leading Hotel of the World. It is such a shame that we now feel unable to enjoy what otherwise seems an excellent hotel.

This hotel is a true experience in terms of service and quality. It is a pleasure to spend time there. Nothing is too much for the staff. Food is excellent. Wine list extensive. Spa area is heavenly. Plus you can ski and hike. The lobby bar is something else. Fantastic cocktails and a real buzz. Be prepared to extend the limit on your credit card!

Vorweg: An Freundlichkeit, Gastfreundschaft und Qualität kaum zu übertreffen. Anlässlich meines Geburtstages verbrachten wir zu zweit ein Wochenende im Gstaad Palace. Bereits die Ankunft war ein Highlight: Eine wundervolle, von Hand geschriebene Geburtstagskarte, sündhaft leckere Pralinen, mehrere Wasserflaschen und weitere überraschende Freuden standen bereit. An dieser Stelle ein ganz herzliches Dankeschön. Die Junior Suite im 5. OG mit Bluetooth Audiosystem ist grosszügig, heimelig und elegant. Bequeme und hochwertige Kopfkissen Auswahl, ein traumhafter Blick über die geschmückten und Beleuchteten Chalets des Oberbort (ein einmalig schöner Anblick), geräumiges Bad mit grossem Fenster, ein schöner Balkon und eine umwerfende Ankleide runden das Bild ab. Die Küche lässt keine Wünsche unerfüllt, a la carte ist im Grand Restaurant auch Abends verfügbar und auch mein Wunsch Dessert Crêpes Suzette wurde eindrücklich (und köstlich) am Tisch zubereitet und flambiert. Der Service mit der Voiture ebenso ein Highlight wie Live Gesang/Musik. Auch dem Geruchssinn wird geschmeichelt: Das Palace hat sehr feine, angenehme Düfte im Haus und anlässlich der Adventszeit hatte es diesmal eine zarte Zimtnote, richtig weihnachtlich. Besonders zu erwähnen ist die herzliche Begrüssung und perfekte Vorbereitung durch Frau Branco, der ausgezeichneten Guest Relations Managerin, vielen Dank für den wundervollen Aufenthalt an Sie und Ihre KollegInnen. Von Details wie besonders komfortablen Badefinken über die grossartige Einrichtung bis hin zur festlichen, liebevollen Deko, es passt einfach alles. Sehr gerne wieder und auf jeden Fall uneingeschränkt zu empfehlen, einfach spitze!

En date du 21 juillet 2023, j’ai séjourné au Grand Palace et mangé sur place. Friand de bisque de homard je n’ai pas hésité à commander cette entrée. Mais quelle déception, le plat était tout simplement immangeable!!! Mon épouse à confirmé mon impression. Malgré que je l’ai signalé au maître d’hôtel, personne de la cuisine n’a daigné se déplacer. Le reste du repas ainsi que celui du lendemain méritent tout au plus une note moyenne. La qualité de la cuisine n’est définitivement pas digne de cet établissement. J’ai reçu quelque jours plus tard une enquête de satisfaction de la part du palace. J’y ai signalé mon insatisfaction, mais n’ai reçu aucune réaction en retour. Inadmissible! Le autres de l’hôtel était impeccable.

L’excellence de l’ensemble de mon séjour à été très agréable à tous les niveaux. Ce Palace situé idéalement au dessus de Gstaad au cœur des montagnes est magnifique. L’espace spa avec son atmosphère illuminée du feu central est magique…Le bain extérieur très agréable.C’est du pur bonheur.
