Fácilmente superando hoteles minimalistas, el diseño de este hotel es memorable por evocar tiempos menos estresantes. Atención de todo el personal fue agradable. Desayuno, internet, piscina, bar... Casi para no salir del edificio.
Cocina con platillos acorde a temporada (degusté un atole con mandarina y cempasúchil). Sólo un detalle de incomodidad al usar el retrete 🚽 por estar pegado al soporte del lavabo.

Pagaría menos por lo que ofrecen. El lugar está bien ubicado, en un área muy tranquila, la atención es muy buena. Pero el hotel tiene una decoración vieja, es un poco lúgubre y la nota mala es que arriba de mi habitación había un presurizador de agua que hacía un ruido muy fuerte y nos despertó varias veces en la noche, también el baño es pequeño y el escusado incómodo porque está pegado al mueble del lavabo. El desayuno solo es café, un pan y fruta. Por lo que pagué hubiera elegido otra opción mejor.

Experience personal care at top level. Service is unique and friendly. Best place to relax and simply enjoy yourself. Spent two days and the hotel personnel made it difficult to want to be outside the grounds with their wonderful attention and care for details to make your stay a wonderful experience and they accomplished it.

Stayed here twice now and I have to say love this place. Staff is super friendly, and very accommodating. It’s located in a prime location, 10-20 minutes away from everything. Walking distance from really good restaurants, a short drive/Uber to downtown, and other nightlife. It’s located in Chapalita which is a nice safe area. Definitely staying here again and again.

I really liked the welcome and cozy feeling that is experienced there by the beautiful surrounding and the friendly staff. They are willing to take care of you like a loving family. We even had a surprise in our room with candles and they were willing to make quesadillas in the middle of the night, even though the kitchen was closed. We are definitely are coming back. I’ve been going to Guadalajara for 18 years to visit my daughter, so I’ve stayed in many hotels there. This is one of my favorites — I loved the peaceful beautiful gardens around the pool with the little bar….so relaxing! Room was beautifully decorated. The hotel is located in the heart of my favorite part of the city, Chapalita. Highly recommend.

Great quiet stay with friendly and polite staff. I reserved the Presidential Suite for its amenities sich as the sauna and the whirlpool tub. The sauna dod get warm but not hot enough to work up any type of sweat. I was informed to give staff advance notice to turn on the tub as it needed 45 mins to heat up..we spent an hour and 30 mins trying to get the water warm enough to use it but it never did. I am really disappointed and would have selected another hotel had i known there was an issue. Tha hotel itself is beautiful and a great staff but feel i didnt get my moneys worth due to these two things not working properly.
