Our stay was very nice. It was well maintained and our room was very clean. It was very nice to have the kitchen!

We were in town to visit family for Christmas, and we were told by family members that there are a couple of hotels to choose from on I-10. We have stayed in the other hotels before, but decided to try the TownePlace Marriott. It was perfect. The rooms are really big and the staff is amazing. Everything was very clean and we had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. I would definitely return.

Great staff. Didnt like the narrow halls. Somewhat limited breakfast items. Good stay over all.

The location of this hotel was convenient for us — interstate, fuel, and food nearby. The bed was uncomfortable and the pillows were hard. We stayed 3 nights and didn’t receive housekeeping services. There was mold growing all over the bathroom ceiling. The primary room light burned out and was not fixed during our stay although we did notify the front desk staff. There are 2 hotels nearby, and we will stay elsewhere during our next visit.

Note eventhough it's only a few dollars they do charge for parking and I recommend going out for breakfast.

The property was in excellent condition and the grounds were beautiful especially the pool area. Just lovely.

Advertising this chain of hotels as being Per friendly is ridiculous. They want a $100 pet fee that’s non-refundable. This should be communicated before allowing guests to book rooms.

I got charged for parking— 10.00 they said they would credit my account because I had pre-paid for my room. Never happened

Particularly liked the full size frig and a few burners stove. Clean and comfy.
