拉卡索納唐盧卡斯酒店(La Casona de Don Lucas)

Mi experiencia en general fue muy buena. Viaje con mis 4 hijos y mi esposa y la habitación estuvo perfecta con una cama king y dos matrimoniales en el tapanco. El hotel está muy bien mantenido y limpio y la ubicación es inmejorable para recorrer el centro de Guanajuato a pie. Puede mejorar el proceso de recepción. Avise con tiempo mi hora de llegada para que me facilitaran el estacionarme en frente del hotel para bajar a mi familia y equipaje, pero no había nadie esperando para dar instrucciones, tuve que hablar al hotel para avisar y eso significa otros 15 minutos dando una vuelta a la ciudad. No hay estacionamiento pero ahí me facilitaron el contacto de una pensión a 15 minutos caminando del hotel. El desayuno estuvo bien. Huevo, frijoles, hot cakes, un guiso extra, fruta, yoghurt, granola, cereal, pan dulce y bolillo entre otras cosas. Muy recomendable el hotel.

El hoyel es ideal para familias grandes pues es de los unicos con camas para 6 personas, la Unicacion es fenomenal en el centro y con un balcon para sentir la vida de Guanajuato. El servicio del hotel fue muy atento en todo, les felicito por su servicio. El buffet de desayuno es fenomenal en todos aspectos!

As others have noted it is a great location and the rooms are very large and clean. When we checked in we noted the AC wasn't working but they said they'd take of it while we were out. When we returned we were told they would refund our money but there were no other rooms available. Saturday night! They knew the AC wasn't working. They did move us two days later for our last two days. The hotel is very noisy. Stayed 9/2-6/23.

Nice room, comfortable bed, clean, great staff, good breakfast. The hotel is very nice, but, its in a noisy area.Thats not the hotels fault, but, if you prefer quiet this is not the place for you.

Pros: The hotel is very convenient to walk to the major attractions. All members of the staff were very friendly, from Angel and Judith at the front desk to the personnel at breakfast. The hotel offers complimentary use of umbrellas if it's raining - a nice amenity that isn't advertised. Hot water available in the shower and strong water pressure, too. The breakfast was tasty and offered various options. Cons: The only three real cons for me: 1. the wifi signal wasn't that strong in the room. I understand the hotel is in an old property and modifications are limited. However, wifi repeaters might help. 2. without a strong wifi signal, I decided to watch tv. However, the two signal was not working the first night. the second night it was only partially available. I reported the issue to the desk and never really received resolution. 3. The door handle on the door to the small balcony needs to be adjusted (I was in room 14).

立地がグアナファト観光には最適でした。ファレス劇場などのメインの広場のすぐ近くなので、少し散歩をするだけでいろいろと見て回れます。広場は夜遅くまで賑やかですが、ホテルの周りは静かで、喧騒に困ることはありませんでした。 ホテル自体は清潔に保たれ、きちんとメンテナンスされている印象です。 チェックインや部屋への案内も丁寧でした。 部屋に冷蔵庫やペットボトルの水はありません。その代わり、1Fフロントにレモン水、2F廊下に給水器が置いてありました。 トイレの水、シャワーのお湯もしっかり出ました。 朝食は1F食堂でのメキシカンビュッフェです。こちらも清潔に管理されていて、スタッフがキビキビ仕事をしているのが印象的でした。失礼な言い方ですが、なかなかメキシコでは見ない、良いスタッフだな、という印象です。 食事も美味しくいただきました。 いろいろ悩んで決めましたが、このホテルにして良かったです。次回があれば、またこのホテルに宿泊したいです。

The property had a great location and great views from the balcony. The complimentary buffet breakfast was great. This hotel was family friendly. Close to the Mercado. No parking on site. I would stay here again.

Excellent location, breakfast was very good and a little different each day, ambience was great with a balcony and the vintage decor. Totally recommend. Our favorite was Sr. Raul for our morning breakfast he was kind and sweet.

I reserved a room at Casona de Donlucas but was given a room a the sister property instead. This change was done 2-3 hours before I was supposed to arrive. The property notified me via WhatsApp, so I did not see the message until I arrived at the property. The reception desk asked if I was okay with this change, I said yes because I didn’t really have a choice. The property we stayed at was nice but very lonely. The room was nice and had a view of the main Street. Fair warning, the noise from the street is loud and continues at all hours of the day. We had to leave the window open since the room gets very stuffy and hot if everything is closed, so the noise made for 2 unrestful nights.
