酒店位置很好就在廣場旁邊，前台小姐姐很友善

La ubicación es muy buena, todo esta al alcance, tiendas, restaurantes, museos, etc La habitación (#7) no tenía balcón ni vista a ningún lado, digamos que cumplía con lo básico. La limpieza fue buena aunque creo que puede mejorar. La atención de Ana en la recepción fue de gran ayuda, es muy atenta y amable. El desayuno es en un restaurante a unos metros del lugar, los alimentos son buenos. Especial mención a Raúl qué estuvo al pendiente de nosotros todo el tiempo, nos ayudó con algunas direcciones y recomendaciones sin descuidar su servicio.

Todo estuvo excelente, el personal fue amable y atento, la habitación muy limpia y comoda. El desayuno que incluyen es muy completo y rico pero recomiendo estar lo mas temprano posible ya que termina a las 10:30. Lo mejor es su ubicación, queda cerca de todo y puedes ir caminando llegando en cuestión de minutos a los museos, tiendas y restaurantes. Definitivamente volveré a hospedarme cuando regrese a Guanajuato.

Staff was great - spoke lots of English. Check in was easy and quick. Really nice property right in the middle of the action - lots of restaurants, stores, cake shops, cafes, etc.. right outside the property. Hotel is on main courtyard of town with great views of the town off the roof. Breakfast was an excellent buffet - it was at another property essentially across the road with quick access. Property was clean, in great condition, and shower was excellent with lots of hot water. Would recommend for your trip!

Check-in was fine, I was about an hour early but went for a walk, leaving luggage with reception. When I came in to sit in the lobby, staff found me letting me know room was ready (earlier than 3 p.m.) I am "older" and there were several stairs up to the room. The maid, grabbed my bags and insisted on putting them in my room. Staff were helpful with maps and directions. As an non-Spanish speaker, desk staff spoke very passable English for tourist purposes. Feel very safe here considering there is a festival tonight. My room looks onto the University of GTO. Tonight is graduation. Feeling honored watching the activities from my balcony.

Ubicación muy céntrica para ir caminando a todos lados, desgraciadamente eso trae consigo mucho ruido de los bares de al lado. Podrían mejorar ampliando el horario del desayuno, ya que las 10:30am es muy temprano para dejar de atender.

Es un hotel sencillo pero muy bonito y muy bien ubicado, el personal es muy amable y tiene todo lo necesario. Si tienes automóvil se complica un poco porque la pensión no está tan cerca y tiene un costo de 250 por día

We loved our stay at Hotel de La Paz, the cleaning staff was excellent, we would get back to our room after a long day out and upon our return the room was smoking fresh! The location is the number 1 reason why I would recommend, we could walked to most places. We had to leave the hotel at 230am since our flight was at 530am and we were able to walk out and catch a taxi at that time at the church across the street

Hotel has a great location. The staff is very helpful and friendly. The room was very comfortable with a stunning view of the city. The cleaning staff keep the place clean as a whistle.

Perfect location. Clean the room was spacious height ceilings balcony view was beautiful. The only issue I had was the breakfast buffet was lacking but there are so many yummy options around. I will stay again and will recommend Thank you hotel dela Paz

Very nice hotel with great location on the main plaza. very friendly and helpful staff. Hearty Morning free breakfast was a plus. Hot/cold water in hallway. Very clean, have all amenities you need for your stay. Safe box inside the room. Surrounded with all nice restaurant and main activities. Will definitely stay during my next trip. Thank you to make my stay so comfortable!

Very nice property with an awesome view from the front of the building and a great view in the rear of the building. I felt like I was in the center of the city. Staff was very helpful. Only thing that is negative is the parking.
