We stayed at the 3 bedroom service apartment for 1 week. Big and spacious. The Dry kitchen with appliances was great for family usage. Staff service was prompt and good.
However, the Timber flooring was not in very good condition. Not safe for children running around. We have used the bathroom rubber rug to temporary cover up the defective area. Can see from the photo as attach.
Overall, it was a good experience.

- big room with all amenities needed including washing machine and dryer.
- comfortable bed.
- helpful staff
- share facilities with W hotel next door
Cons
- Shower head water pressure is a little low.
- renovation going on, banging sound that woke me up every day around 9am.
- swimming pool & gym is pretty basic and small.
Overall great stay for group of friends or family as they have big common space ( living room ) and room.

Overall, a pleasant experience. However there was a major delay in checkin - the room was only available almost an hour after checkin at 3pm.

服務很好。感謝攜程的幫助。攜程簡直太靠譜了。圈粉，我要永遠用攜程。這個酒店服務式公寓也給了我很多記憶。是我最喜歡的。

We stayed in the 3 bedroom apartment. There was a spacious living room, master bedroom with a king bed and en-suite bathroom and 2 bedrooms with a queen bed and a shared bathroom.
There was a friendly and helpful staff that helped us navigate a takeaway app.
Gym was good with new cardio machines. Pool is not kids friendly as it was 1.4m deep throughout.

樓下環境比較複雜 有許多不知什麼人羣在那邊逗留 但是上去樓層 公共區域以及房間都比較乾淨 設施維護的也還行 房間裏也很安靜 比預期中好許多
