帝國之地套房酒店(Suites Terraza Imperial)

Very clean room with comfortable bed and kitchen facilities. Lobby was nicely designed. The location was fairly close to some shops and restaurants. Overall a great stay for a couple of nights.

Por modificación a habitación con dos camas cobraron $30.00, considero no exagerado pero si algo alto.

No pudimos dormir en el 5 nivel hubo música a todo volumen gritos si mataban puertas durante toda la no Chi e y madrugada deberían de ser más estrictos o anunciarlo como otro tipo de hospedaje fue desagradable

The apartment was very spacious and had a fully-equipped kitchenette, making it possible to have a home-made breakfast or a late-night hot meal without leaving the hotel. The Eco-filter feature ensures abundant drinking water supply. The hotel staff is friendly but does not help with tourism arrangements. However, with many travel agencies within walking distance of the hotel, that is not an issue. Overall, the hotel has very good security measures, good environment and very spacious and comfy room for adequate rest.

I’m an older woman traveling alone, they didn’t explain how the keycard would open the door to where my luggage was kept before 3pm for to check in, they 2 different remotes for the tv and I could not make the tv work, and even though they had my CC info. They also asked for a cash deposit and at the time of checking out they hold you there until they go check the room and make sure you din’t still anything or broke something I guess because a person call them back on a radio and says, all is ok and then they give you you cash deposit back and ur CC receipt. I had never seen this!!

Quise comprar agua con dolares y querian cobrarme 3 dolares por que no tenian cambio, y el valor normal del hotel eran 8 quetzales, se sintio extraño

El edificio no está bien sellado, quizá por eso ingresa hasta el ruido de una moto

Es un hotel muy bonito, bien ubicado y cómodo, solamente mejoraría la limpieza de los artículos de cocina
