good location, comfortable.

The staff were amazing - they arranged a very early morning shuttle to the airport for us, as well as accommodated our request for a vegetarian meal after 9pm. The room had a balcony that opened out into the courtyard, so it was rather noisy on a Saturday night (nothing that some earplugs didn’t fix).

Por el status solicite solo por cortesía un pequeño ascenso que si no era posible, al menos me colocaran al otro lado del hotel para no tener ese vecindario enfrente a la ventana. Si había espacio según averigüé pero no quisieron dármelo. Por lo demás precioso hotel, agradable ambiente y gente muy amable y servicial

The hotel itself was well-maintained and pleasant, offering a clean and comfortable stay. However, I must highlight that the receptionists' service could use some improvement. During my stay, I experienced an issue with the car service they provide. The charges for these rides were exorbitantly high, nearly six times more expensive than what one would typically pay for a taxi or an Uber. Additionally, I found that the final charges exceeded the initially quoted prices, with the explanation given being fluctuations in currency rates. This left me dissatisfied and feeling like I had been taken advantage of. While the accommodation at the hotel was satisfactory, I strongly advise against using any of their car services due to the substantial overcharging. It felt like a blatant rip-off, and I would caution others to explore alternative transportation options to avoid unnecessary expenses.

Atencion muy buena, intalaciones nitidas, buena cama, se esmeran por brindar una buena atencion, los recomiendo.

Excellent hotel in the zona 10 of Guatemala City. Modern and clean. Recommended.
