Unfortunately, we were unable to connect to the internet at all our two day and two night stay. Since there were 6 of us, this was a bit inconvenient. The only choice was to be moved two a different room. Moving 6 people for one night was not considered a viable option for us

The beds were not as comfortable as I expected but our two bedroom unit was quiet and overall comfortable. The breakfast was very good! With lots of healthy options. Really appreciated coffee, tea and cookies at the front desk, nice touch!

Great layout with a full kitchen. Nice to have free laundry facilities on site. Buffet breakfast included in the price was a very good breakfast with lots of options

Overall a satisfactory stay but disappointed I couldn’t get breakfast on Sunday as I was 5 minutes late. The room was good, a little outdated appliances. Ice machine in fridge didn’t work snd a broken dishwasher.
Bed was comfortable with outstanding maid service

Suite 239 has a couple small cobwebs behind the main door. Cleaners might like to close each door briefly when they clean. Residents do! :)

No hot water. From any taps whatsoever . Couldn’t shower or clean up.
Cold breakfast. When asked why it was cold was told “it just is”
Mmm cold eggs and beans.
This place hasn’t been the greatest but this time was the absolute worst.

The hallway from the elevator to the room smelled strange. The smell carried over into the room although it was slightly more faint. The room temperature was cold and after adjusting it several times over the night continued to remain cold.

I cant say property was greatvas its under reno. But it didnt affect me. Best thing, beside the jacuzzi and great room, was the superb gentleman who checked me in.
