Clean except the bathroom sink had problems draining the water. Pool and hot tub is great except the music is too loud? We barely hear ourselves when I am talking to my children!

Very very nice hotel

I booked a hotel room last minute for a quick getaway. I had to cancel within an hour of booking due to a family health emergency. I did not (but definitely should have) purchase the cancellation fee. I tried to work with the hotel to get some remedy of a refund but was unsuccessful. I was out over $300 with no resolution. I understand it was my fault for not purchasing the cancellation fee but i hoped due to the length of time between booking and cancelling, there might have been some wiggle room in policy. Apparently not. Will not book here again.

It’s difficult to give a low rating — because our experience could have happened at a lot of, though not all, hotels. The main issue was a drunken set of wedding guests roaming the hallway across from our room from 2:30am to 4:00am. We reported this to the front desk but they weren’t able to address the issue. It seems like they did call the wedding guests because after we reported it, we heard the wedding guests loudly in the hall saying, “Shhh! We have to be quiet.” So we ended up really tired the next morning when we had the longest portion of the drive. And we found out that the wedding guests had also been a bit disrespectful BEFORE heading to the wedding. The hotel knew about all this but was unable to remedy it. There didn’t seem to be policies in place to deal with this type of situation, especially across shifts. We didn’t hear any follow up from the hotel about the situation either. Considering the cost of the stay, and how poor the overall stay was, it was disappointing.

Since my first stay (pre-covid) the quality has gone down. Front desk staff were friendly. The breakfast room chairs and seating are very dirty and stained. The quality of breakfast foods has deteriorated. Depending on which coffee carafe you used, one would be cold! The rooms are not serviced or garbage taken out unless you ask for it to be done. The bathroom (especially the shower) was in need of repair or replacement. The place looks quite scruffy.

Mediocre Set in convenient location but not pretty at all. High price- mediocre experience. Jacuzzi tub not working. Cigarette butts everywhere outside. Sorry- not impressed for the price.

Had a bad experience with a staff member when trying to get an early check-in. She was very rude and not very accommodating.

A hockey team was staying at the hotel the night we stayed and we were up all night because kids were yelling, running in the hallways and pranking rooms by banging on the doors. We went down to the front desk to ask the staff to put a stop to it, but they couldn't find the parents from the team. There were a dozen unsupervised kids in the room next to us. We were kept up all night right with banging on our door until 5am. The staff did nothing to control the situation. It was by far the worst hotel stay we have ever had.
