Awesome place and had a wonderful stay

Loved the place. Recommend to stay if you are in Guntur.

Booked a studio room at Kyriad Guntur for 2 nights in Oct 2023. Overall experience has been good. You get most of things that are expected at this price range. So, its a "Met Expectation" there without any nasty surprises. But, few areas for improvement - 1. I made a booking but had to move the dates by a day at the last minute. The hotel has been kind enough to accommodate the same. But, I never received any confirmation of the same over a mail, which I specifically requested for. I had to make multiple calls to confirm the same - this could have been avoided 2. Parking facility - They have space for just 2 big cars and 1 small car. And, this facility is in the Centre of the city on a busy shopping street. I was lucky the first day but not so on the next day. If the hotel has a decent occupancy, then parking can be a big issue. 3. Room service - Was slower than expected. I guess this was more to do with lower staff than any other reason. This definitely needs to be worked on 4. Food - I didn't try lunch/ dinner at the hotel as there were some famous joints in the vicinity of the hotel (Sankar vilas for breakfast/ lunch/ dinner and Geetha Residency for Lunch). While the buffet breakfast can be enough in terms of spread, the service for certain items (for e.g., Dosa, Poori) was slower. And this was the case when the occupancy seemed to be on the lower side, which is surprising. Most of the issues are minor, which I guess the property will hopefully address. I would definitely go back if I am visiting Guntur again. The hotel did share Wifi details but could not comment on the speed/ availability as I never used the same.

I visited for the business trip for my organization on 2/10/23. Good rooms, Breakfast of the hotel is best of the class. Service is also good. Housekeeping staff Mr. Sibu is most helpful. All the staff members are very Kind and helpful.

We had a fantastic stay at room number 206 Kyriad vajram guntur. The hotel staff are incredibly friendly and efficient. Our room was spacious, spotless, and the bed was wonderfully comfortable. The location was perfect, just a short walk from the main attractions. We'd definitely stay here again!"

The breakfast spread is also impressive, offering good variety and quality. A special thanks to Ms. Shima from the restaurant staff for her polite behavior and warm hospitality, which made the dining experience even better. The location of the hotel is another plus — it's conveniently accessible and well-connected. Highly recommended for a hassle-free and comfortable stay!

Excellent stay. Food was nice. friendly staff. Ms Anuradha and Mr Mantosh were served us with smile. Property is well maintained clean and neat.
