宮茲伯格歐陸酒​​店(EuroHotel Gunzburg)

Tolle Lage gleich neben der Autobahn Ausfahrt; einfache, große Zimmer, alles sehr sauber. Sehr freundliches Personal. Gute solide Auswahl beim Frühstück. Kostenloser Parkplatz vorhanden. Für Kurzaufenthalte sehr gut geeignet. Essensmöglichkeit gleich daneben im Landgasthaus.

Abbiamo soggiornato in questo albergo due notti per andare a Legoland. La camera alle 10 non era ancora disponibile, ci hanno fatto lasciare le valigie e cambiare in bagno. Il personale non parla italiano. La camera ha la moquette ma nel complesso era molto pulita e questo lo trovo molto importante. Letti scomodi e staccati, il letto del bambino era una poltrona letto pieghevole, scomodo. C’erano solo piumoni per coprirsi e quindi abbiamo dormito male, o caldo o freddo. Colazione molto basica, per chi ha allergie o intolleranze quasi impossibile fare colazione, abbiamo avuto del latte senza lattosio su richiesta è freddo di frigo.

參觀樂高樂園時入住的很棒的家庭酒店。乾淨、安靜，外面有兒童遊樂場，隔壁有一家餐廳。

Spacious room, especially for a German hotel. Clean. Friendly staff. Legoland is a 25 min away, return is tiring due to uphill (and weight of whatever you bought). No public transportation connections or shuttles. If you can't or don't want to walk, expect to pay for taxis or have a car with you. For regular pedestrians, it's great and newrest to Legoland. Not sure there is anything else in the area.

Amazing place. Air conditioning, comfortable beds, great customer service, near legoland, fantastic breakfast. The best hotel in the area!

Very nice hotel. Convenient if you are travelling through the country or going to Legoland. Stuff was lovely and very friendly. Rooms are nice size and very clean. Overall very pleasant stay. Whenever we are again in the area we would definitely stay there again.

If you have not experienced what hospitability is not, you will learn about it here. Unwritten rules and a condescending staff make your stay a complete experience on how not to host guests. One simple example, the hotel does not have a dinner service, so we ordered delivery and picked a table close to the window to have dinner. A few minutes later, the receptionist comes and warns us that the table was set for breakfast the following day. No sign, no separator to inform guests, just a rude warning. And by the way, they do not turn on the lights in the remainder of the dining area, so a windowless table is a dark table. Next day, the coffee machine is turned on. No pricing information or no warning that it is for breakfast only. I have stayed in many hotels where coffee is complimentary. So I thought it was. I got the coffee, but the staff again warns me to say it is for breakfast only and tries to charge my room (we will see if they charge me, and how much). I observed that this happened a few times with other guests as well.
