El encargado de la limpieza Suresh muy amable y mi habitación perfecta y super limpia . El hotel en general está muy bien , el personal del kebab restaurant fantástico. El personal del restaurante buffet muy lento y despistado, pero particularmente la comida hindú muy buena.

The staff is very friendly and supportive.Kids enjoyed a lot in the pool.If someone is planning a good weekend could definitely visit here.Pool is very clean and we enjoyed a lot with the kids. Anokli is very friendly with the kids.Food is very Good and and tasty.

The park plaza gurgaon team was amazing i keep on coming to this property. All the time they give perfect hospitality and special thanks to the team members Anokali, Akshay, praveen, kailash and Vivek from Restaurant they always made my stay comfortable.

Omg the bar was amazing... Love all the drinks I had and they were made with such care ... Are bartender was attentive, enjoyable. And kind to me and my wife. Akhilesh was one of my best bartender I had in a long time .... I'm happy I stayed at this hotel ....

Samir and Shivam were great servers! What an awesome place for dinner when in Gurgoan! The food was excellent and we will be back again soon. The kebabs were excellent and the main courses kept coming! Wine selection was excellent and dessert was so awesome.

Food and ambience is excellent as it was years ago. I used to frequent the place since it opened in early 2000's. This was one of the properties close to our office across the road. Sunil really took good of everyone around. Will come back again cheers 🥂

Great ambiance for stay and food was very good, Sumit from team is a great staff member. Overall experience staying here is worth the prices. It was my wife's birthday 🎉 they showed the gesture 🙌 with complimentary cake that sort of thing to your customer makes the retention.

The hotel is very nice and the services are very good. All services were understood very quickly and rendered with effeciency and professionalism by all of the staff. The resteraunt in the hotel has very good food. Being a vegitarian i can whole heartly recomend the paneer butter masala. The waiters are very helpfull and a special mention to sunil for taking care of us for almost our whole stay there. Whenever we ate there he served us. While being very freindly and professional. Overall the experience was very nice and i would definately recomend this hotel and its resteraunt.

The cocktails were amazing. Even the mocktails were brewed with perfection and precision. Akhilesh was an expert at his job, he clearly knew his art of making drinks ! In other facilities the pool area was great with a quaint setting. Over all the morning drinks after the pool were a cherry on top to the previous evening.

Excellent food and service, Sameer did an excellent hospitality service today. It was a pleasure visiting the restaurant. Great ambience and the non veg platter was mouth watering, the dessert was great too, would request more options for dessert too. Would love to visit again!

We had a very good experience in terms of warm hospitality, clean and good rooms and delicious breakfast buffet🫰 It was a good stay after all. Thank you for the warm hospitality and best food :) Cheers! Looking forward on coming again, soon :)

The server Shivam was polite and courteous and served everything on time. The main course was good specially the paneer sabzi and raita. Jimikand kebab was good. The other kebabs like galouti and paneer tikka were fine. Moreover i felt the kebabs can be improved as when i had dined last time few months back the kebabs were better.
