It was a blessing choosing this resort for the celebration of my parent's 25th Anniversary ♥️ We stayed here for 2 nights! It was an amazing experience for us Our rooms were spacious with a nice garden view! This resort also has some evening activities which includes fun games,live singing, Rajasthani folk dance followed by high tea! It was a great experience as it was that time of the day when all the guests were all together as a family! Also, I planned midnight surprise for my parents on 26th for which Surinder Ji helped us! A big Thankyou to Surinder ji for all the arrangements On 27th I planned for pool side decor and some other arrangements for which KHUSHI helped us! She is such a sweetheart! She make sure that all the arrangements will be done on time and was present there to welcome us for the ceremonies All went very well because of these 2 staff members KHUSHI AND SURINDER JI We are really happy with both of them and how they have done everything with so much respect ! Would love to visit them again! Highly recommended Thanks to the staff members to make it a success!

Shift occurs only when we guide & initiate engagement from the "inside-out" This evokes dynamic & harmonious spaces, which is a process in continuum. Meeting with Mr. Arjun Sharma was the affirmation. My personal recommendation: Dear Arjun Sharma, let's explore water initiatives. OM

They charged for baby food too. 2 boiled eggs costed us 400. There is no proper process for baby food. At times they charged us for bread too. I have not seen such a rude receptionist named Da*** in my lifetime. I wonder how come they call themself 5 star. Food was pathetic we took half board and we end up eating plain rice and pickle.

Service experience was nice by sonia and Anil. Food was also nice. Service experience was better from last time it's has improved. Must come once.... It was really great place for family.. Resort is pet friendly and staff is so polite and humble. Thanks to Mr sahil bhatia and sonia for your assistance.

we have taken aangan suite there is lack of sitting space in balcony area . there should be some open space in suites .otherwise room services ate good. ambiance is also very good. food is very tasty and well presented. Activities are also well ***aged and on time

This is one of the best resort I hv stayed in... Thoughtfully curated to cater the need of all agr groups..m the staff is so courteous and helpful... Special thanks to Ms. Khushi Mishra for her hospitality and for arranging cake for my husband's b.day and to my our staycation all more special.. all in all.. highly highly recommended place... Everything here is spot on... Loved our stay here and looking forward to visit again asap.

Planned a staycation on my daughter's birthday at Heritage village resort & spa(***esar)... it was the perfect decision as property, food, staff & the over all hospitality was all top notch. Kids were busy throughout the day enjoying the various activities & my special thanks to guest ***ager Miss Khushi Mishra for making my daughter feel so special by arranging a cabana decor b'day celebration near poolside which was a happy & emotional moment for all of us. Highly recommend this property for relaxing & refreshing Holidys with family & friends.

Hotel room Size is very small as compared to price Dinner and breakfast buffet menu lacks variety taste and quality Moreover staff don't cooperate for any celebration by providing complimentary basic decoration or any small cake Over all experience is not with the amount spent
