pathetic rooms and room services... blanket was dirty we asked to change it and they denied..... overall bad experience

1. Cleanliness 2. Torn curtains 3. Dust all over 4. Stains all over in washroom 4. No air purifier as mentioned in the detail 5. Hot water was not coming when I tried to call the given number no response was given.

Good for a short stay. Was given a connecting room but the latch of the door was broken. I requested another room, but they say it’s not available.

Poor cleanliness cob webs present old building location near to main market ok for one two night stay

The location was good, the restaurant is not in the hotel, check in check out time flexible according to the customer it was good for me.

Didn’t like the stay at all, the bedding was shabby, the room didn’t look like it looked in the pictures. The bathroom was terrible.

Room was not cleaned properly, dampness in room, no ventilation in passage area as smoking smell was there. Electric switches of fan not in place, bathroom not cleaned properly, overall it was poor show.

I had a terrible experience staying at this hotel. I have already raised concern with support group along-with pictures. The pictures and description both are misleading. The room was dirty, curtains had stains, washroom was super untidy.

the cleanliness level is really bad. curtains and chairs were very untidy. bathroom had stains , door was not getting locked . cupboards were dirty. I had the worst experience here.

The corridor and bathroom were not clean as well as curtains and bedsheets also. I stayed in octave hotels in other states but this was very poor.

All good. Value for money. Yet could have been more clean in floor and bed linens could have been better kept. Found few hairs here in there in room flooring and bed linen.

The room given was 204, it was not clean (full of dust and dirt ), the bathroom was very dirty and stains all over. Floor is full of cigarette smell, no body is taking care of you concerns and complaints, overall it was very unhygienic overall i would give 0/5
