Nice hotel for the price. Our room was nice, as was convenient parking. The AC worked. However, on our June 2023 stay, another hotel guest used her key to enter my room! The front desk had programmed her key wrong! Good thing that didn’t happen in the middle of the night! She went to complain about it. Then, when we stayed there again in July 2023, an employee from the front desk called at approximately 5:50am in order to “check to see if anyone was in our room since there wasn’t a record of anyone being in the room.” Seriously? Keep better records of which rooms are occupied. It’s not that complicated. We politely complained about this to the front desk. We would have liked to sleep until 7am, but that didn’t happen with their phone call. We were told that the manager would get back to us. That was ten days ago. We have not received a phone call or any kind of discount. So I thought I’d share our experience here.
