Hotel not as clean as expected. Had to ask for more clean towels. Housecleaning did not clean room. Both nights there was loud noises in floor above, sounded like the housecleaning carts or some ones roller bag, at 4:30 AM and 5:30 AM.

I stay at a lot of hotels/motels in this price range. This one would have been great except they told me they only had upstairs rooms though the parking lot was virtually empty. The deadbolt on the door did not work and to my horror, the latch that goes over the door for extra security had been pulled out of the wall, with screws just barely holding it on. The TV seemed to have 200 Chanel’s of just sports and nothing else. Such a cute location, just needs some TLC… there are other places in Santa Nella that are better for the price

They said breakfast was from 6-9am, but we got there at 7am and it wasnt ready. Cleaning was good, but disenfevtant smell very strong when we first entered the room. Have stayed there many times, but it has gone downhill for a best western.

We’ve stayed at BW Santa Nella as a stopover while traveling up and down the I-5 to visit relatives for over 20 years. Always friendly and attentive staff no matter the hour. This time no exception. Thanks especially to night staff Jesus who made extra efforts to handle an unexpected situation for our room and ensured our stay would be comfortable. Also, thanks to day staff Allison for interesting information about all the tomato trucks and BW’s role during tomato harvesting season!

This reasonably priced motel is better than many that are over-priced. Has everything you need for comfort. Roomy, comfy bed, good bathroom lighting, quiet. Garden view is nice. Breakfast is just okay but we appreciated that it's available.

Nice hotel for the price. Our room was nice, as was convenient parking. The AC worked. However, on our June 2023 stay, another hotel guest used her key to enter my room! The front desk had programmed her key wrong! Good thing that didn’t happen in the middle of the night! She went to complain about it. Then, when we stayed there again in July 2023, an employee from the front desk called at approximately 5:50am in order to “check to see if anyone was in our room since there wasn’t a record of anyone being in the room.” Seriously? Keep better records of which rooms are occupied. It’s not that complicated. We politely complained about this to the front desk. We would have liked to sleep until 7am, but that didn’t happen with their phone call. We were told that the manager would get back to us. That was ten days ago. We have not received a phone call or any kind of discount. So I thought I’d share our experience here.

When we arrived it was 102 degrees and our air conditioner did not work it was 92 degrees in the room 231, the bathroom doors are old sliding door and are hard to open and do not lock. You need to upgrade the door . We called the front desk and they moved to room 232 after Manuel the maintenance man could not fix the air in 231 ,Manuel was kind and moved us to another room. He deserves a pay raise for all he does. Without his kindness and professionalism we would have asked for a refund and went elsewhere after driving *** miles. Your diffinetly need upgrades. TY

I wouldn't stay here again. Woke up middle of the night with a big, itchy bug bite on my ankle. Mattress uncomfortable and creaky. Loud, ongoing footsteps above us in the middle of the night (3am). Bathtub was kind of gross. On the plus side, breakfast was nicely stocked and laid out, but then the seating area was extremely tight quarters
