Horrible hotel, third class service, food quality pathetic, buffet was cold and bland, service at the restaurant was very third class. In complaining to the guy Muizr Rah*** he just ignored and never responded. Is the type of third class fnb staff you have. Will never check in .

The ambience of the hotel is quite amazing. The staff is welcoming and fully cooperative. I had buffet for the company event i was attending there. The food was super delicious. The chicken was so tender and juicy and the naan bread was the softest. Apart from the food the Tai Hall(where the event took place) is huge and has great ambience as well. The whole hotel is air conditioned. I'm just not satisfied with the quality of the washrooms, they can be a lot better given the stature of 4star hotel. Overall, it's a great hotel.

Horrible experience,Where a arrogant front office ***ager told that they have corporate tie ups and showing least bother Ness for individual guest. You won't get any positive reply for any of the request.

Very nice and cosy hotel,right in the midst of the market which makes things convenient, might be to a lot ***y when you are travelling back home enroute Guwahati or even when you have just started your trip. The service was very good.Will want to stay here again when we travel on this side of the country.
